There are close to three plans to choose from. The top most plan on the tier offers unlimited 4G LTE data, unlimited domestic and global text and unlimited calling to US and 60+ destinations. Besides new prepaid plans, subscribers can also shop for smartphone devices on the website. You can also purchase a SIM card and activate same on the website. Payment for purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. This was my worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I think we paid money to receive satisfactory service . I didn’t believe ultra mobile will treat a costumer who have been suing their services for numbers of years without adequate response
Every time I come to the US I used to select Tmobile Pay as you Go service which was really great. It lasted long enough or you could recharge at any Tmobile or online, great service. This week I went into Tmobile for the plan activation and unfortunetaly they do not have the plan anymore. They told me to use Ultramobile plan, and I took it. Total nightmare and disconnection. Tmobile provides the activation of your plan but you need to recharge it at any of the dealers and that is where the nightmare starts. It is three times more expensive than the plan Tmobile had, and the dealers do not have any idea of it. Finallyn I did get one dealer who could activate the plan that you have to pay again for charging. Also the plan lasted one day only. Very dissapointing service!!! Do not recommended it at all!!!
I need a refund of services since I could not make a call for 1-2 months I prepaid 4 months at a time
ultra dealer and now net 10 can’t get a hold of the problem
i was hung up on by ultra who said call from a different phone
sim error card and dealer said actual phone needs replace but a week later after ultra said not the one to replace the phone the dealer is he put in a new sim able to make calls and had vm over 2 months that the phone would’nt work and now mmi says not connected and can’t retrieve 25 voice mail from doctor’s etc appointments and causing a major nightmare
