I am using portable hand blender phb 5.0. Blending rod attachment spoiled after 2 years. Requested customercare@ttkprestige on 18/06/2021 to supply a new attachment of phb 5.0 . Received acknowledgement vide support ticket no 38527 on 18/06/2021. No response , part not received . Seems to be lousy company. I feel I am bluffed.
I bought a 4 gas burner stove on 7th July from Prestige store, Noida, Jaipuria Mall. When we brought the burner home we realized that it was emitting minimal flames at home and hence called customer care toll free number.
The technician who was assigned the job over the phone told me that it is because of the gas pipe connection and this would be chargeable(INR 415) if he has to come and fix it. I believe that this practice is not transparent and fair from a customer standpoint. We were not made aware of this inspite of telling this to dealer that we have gas pipe connection. The technician told me the burner stove is configured in a way that it operates best when you get a cylinder and it would be chargeable if we want to change the setting.
I feel cheated as things should be clearly mentioned before buying a product, and not once the product is sold to the customer where he keeps running and pays for making changes to the settings.
Really frustrating…..the product has not retained its quality at least with its warranty period.Besides of unsatisfying quality,they are giving the unforeseen customer service.I unable to assume customer support to the rural consumer after i looking this bad service to me (city consumer).
By simple word….Its not a good brand…too bad.
I had already communicated the same to your Kakinada Service Centre, but no response. This is the quality of prestige customer service. I think any reputed/costly product should have high quality to satisfy the customer in all respect at least within product warranty period. This gas stove is highly defective since stating as so many times I have given the complaints against the item and you failed to solve the problems even within warranty period also.
I have purchased one Prestige Marvel Gas table (GTM 03L SS); Sr. No:- SNF 84445 J) from JEMINI PLAZA, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh on 30.10.2013 and it is still under warranty period. Oven accessories like pipe fittings are found to be highly damaged / rusted due to corrosion since long, resulted in minor gas leakages from the fittings. Sometimes gas smell is coming during cooking which may cause an accident.
My gas stove is not working. I am trying to call the Bangalore service centre from the last 5 days. But it’s not connecting. Kindly help.
