I bought tickets for a show that was postponed three times due to Covid and now I am unable to attend on that date. I have called them multiple times for a refund since this wasn’t my fault and literally pressed EVERY single option to try to get someone to talk to and it just sends me in circles with no option that fits my needs. Then I tried the non live “live chat” that also just sent me in circles. So now I have to forfeit my $350 tickets. This place is a rip off!! They give you options to “contact” them that don’t work. STAY AWAY!
This company is not concerned with customer service AT ALL!! We have been attempting to get a refund for a concert scheduled for May 2020…cancelled with no plans to reschedule as per AMY GRANT’s management team. However, this company refuses to refund our $549 after several on-line communications, as that is the only possible way to reach them. Never have we been able to speak with a representative. Consider this a warning, do not use this company for ticket purchasing!!!!!
