About Tesla, Inc.
Tesla is an American technology company developing luxury cars, solar panels and energy storage products. Popular for its eco-friendly electric cars, Tesla was founded in 2003 and operates from its headquarters at Palo Alto, California. The company, named after physicist and electrical engineer Nikola Tesla, employs close to 38,000 in the US and worldwide. The first automobile by the company 100 Tesla Roadster was brought within a month and was priced at $100,000. For now they are free for charging.

2022 Model X After delivery issues (VIN# 7SAXCAE52NF357689)
– My car was delivered on Sept 5th. After delivery I had so many issues with the car. I reported all the issues in the first week. On Sept 11th I sent all the pics to Tesla via the Tesla App. That time my Tesla odometer was 51 mile. Tesla has a high standard in the electric car market in the world but now delivery of the cars is just like a number to impress the shareholder to show we delivered so many cars in this quarter. I am very disappointed with Tesla, they are not fully inspecting the car before delivery. I paid $136500 for the car before the delivery and started paying my monthly installment $ 1306 per month for Sept and Oct 2022. It feels like I am paying a monthly payment but I don’t have my car delivered yet. It is still at the dealer for repair (brand new car) for multiple issues to get fixed. The Tesla service center does not have the part to fix my car. My car is still sitting at the dealer for almost a month. I also spend $5000 to wrap my car with Clear film.
I have recently bought a Tesla model S plaid and a Tesla model Y performance. I had sold two of my Kia Sorrento‘s to purchase the Tesla‘s, both of my Kia‘s had the Birdseye view from the camera system I’m wondering do you plan on putting that on the Tesla model S and model Y anytime soon? Needless to say I was very disappointed after I bought my Tesla‘s that they didn’t have that feature being that it is so common in other vehicles. I do however really like my Tesla‘s but I’m just wondering if you ever plan to put in the Birdseye view that would especially be helpful in the Tesla model S because of its very low profile.
Not sure my panels are still working. I moved out of the house June 18th and got a bill from APS for the month of July for $212.50. I have never had a bill that high even when living there and using the AC. House is vacant This makes no sense to me nor anyone else. AC is turned off, not using laundry equipment or dishwasher. Minimal lights on (which are no more than the usual night lights when occupied) to deter burglars at night.
Only thing I can think is that the solar is not working. How can you check on this for me?
APS tells me that the usage was higher.
I bought a Tesla 3 about 6 months ago. I turned over my 2018 Nissan Leaf for its trade in value of approximately $29,000. They told me to leave the key under my doormat on my front porch and they would pick it up, which I did. I was nervous about it but they said this had not been a problem After a few days the Nissan car hadn’t been picked up and my husband took the key back inside. We called them and they said they hadn’t had a chance to pick it up but they were coming for it. We put the key back back out . Shortly thereafter the Nissan disappeared. About a month later they told me they hadn’t picked it up. Now they claim they never got it and want me to pay them the extra $29,000 and are threatening to repossess my Tesla 3 if I don’t pay that money.
‘While I am in the mood…
Another issue is, I buy/use my cell phone ONLY in my car for emergencies. BUT Tesla cuts off ALL power to the USB ports and the cigarette lighter so I am unable to LEAVE my cell phone in my car as my Tesla will not keep IT CHARGED.
AND the voltage for the USB is not HIGH enough to CHARGE A CELL PHONE like on long trips, etc.
I am a diabetic, I traveled to California but could not use my USB insulin cooler on the trip as TESLA, again built the USB ports for flash drives but NOT the standard 5v used for charging of USB DEVICES. But my Honda Van, if I had taken it would have.
I think my Tesla is NOT that “user friendly” for Seniors, Handicapped, etc. I feel it was designed for only the “young Executives”. It is obviously designed by Elon , his age group and those with similar financial status.
Since I have owned TWO Model “S”s, I obviously LOVE this car.
This is my second Model “S” and have discovered a couple of things Tesla COULD fix, redesign in upcoming Models we may have discovered. But Tesla has chosen NOT to accept FEEDBACK from us on possible improvements from long time satisfied customers or I can not find where to post them.
I think this “suggestion/concern” is a valid one AND TESLA SHOULD LISTEN.
As an example: I have to use HANDICAP parking. Parking Lot designers put WHEEL STOPS in Handicap spaces. My Tesla radar is not set to see that low and warns me for the SIGN but not the WHEEL STOPS which are WAY TOO TALL and they scrape on my front end [bumper].
This is the fault of poor Parking Lot designers that has YET to adjust for lower and lower cars to become more
aerodynamic.
Some Parking Lots do have “short” wheel stops but they are rare. It is not like we come into a Handicap parking space at a high speed and need a tall barrier to stop us.
So my Tesla, and others, needs to be able to SEE OBJECTS THAT ARE HIGHER THAN THE BUMPER to avoid SCRAPPING don’t you think??
I own a 2016 Model S and last May I received a recall notice about the bolts that attach the power steering motor. To date I have never received any indication that parts were available to fix this problem. Since I live on the coast I am becoming concerned since the notice refers to corrosive environments. Please advise when this recall issue will be addressed. I also have received a notice about the airbags. It would be great If both issues could be dealt with at the same time.

I do not want to go paperless for my monthly bill. Please continue to send my monthly statement. I am getting older and am quite old fashioned. I like to read my bill and have trouble logging in on the computer sometimes. Please let me know that you have received my message.
Solar Panels were installed on my roof August 3, 2018 by Solar City personnel. One thing I took notice of prior to the installation, was Telsa representative would not respond to phone calls, or emails. Problem:
Vincent Ekuban (won’t return emails or phone calls) promised me that my bill would not exceed $63.83. There will be some loan documents to sign from Sunlight Financial. I should have been careful, my responsibility. After 17 months my solar bill will exceed what I pay monthly in current electric charges.
My Ekuban lied to me. After 17 months unless I can come up with almost $4,000.00 I will have to pay more than my fixed income will allow. I know: who cares about senior citizen getting ripped off?
