Dear Sir.
I have a problem with one of your cases.
At Christmas my daughter bought me a 12.9 iPad Pro.
And to match the iPad she bought me the at Targus VersaVu classic premium 360 rotating case.
Which was for my birthday which was later.
The problem is the case is to large for the IPad.
She bought this case as we have bought before for our other iPads.
The case is still boxed and on the front it clearly states –
12.9-inch iPad Pro.
All models.
Because we have only just tried the iPad in the case it’s probably out of warranty with the shop we purchased from.
We are not in a financial position to buy another of your cases.
The fact that the front cover says All mode is very misleading.
