Is Superbalist down or something? I have missing items on my order, I’ve logged tickets without a response and I’ve been trying to get hold of someone telephonically without any success.
I’ve given Superbalist countless chances and this it!!! The service is shocking !!!
I am a first time customer and the service received has been nothing short of shocking! My 3 items were delivered on 28 March and 2 of them were unsuitable as the shoe sizes are way smaller than ordinary retailers. Anyway, I was ‘not authorised’ to log a return and after a number of calls, emails and Facebook messages, I was sent a mail on 06 April to say my return has been successfully logged and that the funds would reflect in my wallet immediately (even though I requested for it to be deposited into my bank account). To date there is nothing in my bank account nor my wallet.
I have placed order on the 18 of March 2022, order number #14201514.I have ordered 4 items in the order, I have received the order on Tuesday the 23 of March with 3 items instead of 4 and there’s no slip in the box. I have tried contacting the superbalist department, sent emails but am not getting any feedback. It’s annoying!
I’ve ordered items from you in cash on delivery and u was told to pay using an FET payment..I paid and since then I haven’t heard anything from you guys what a poor service and your call center is not working ?
I am not happy with the service I am getting from Superbalist, extermly poor. Order number 11841428 I ordered G-Star jean size W34 L32 and instead W36 L32 was delivered. I then requested an exhange and today I received order number 12016174 and to my suprise still wrong size is delivered. On the system is clear, I ordered Size W34 L32 but you keep on delivering a wrong Size which is 36. At first I understood it could be an error but for the second time? This is really poor customer service at its best.
I am soo angry with your customer service. On the 1July 2021 I ordered Marshmallows star sapphire, I paid R1374. Mistakenly I order wrong size, on 09 July they processed my exchange, they did come collect shoes on 14 July & I got sms saying my exchange reach warehouse in 2-3 days you will contact me to confirm next step. Even now still waiting to hear if I will ever receive my order. I am soo disappointed

Hi ordered 2 products from Superbalist – got charged for both but only received one product. I cannot get into contact with anybody regarding the missing product. MDX58059404 When I got to take-a-lot pick up point they sent me the incorrect pin number.
The service is shocking
I honestly feel like the call centre number is just there for the fun of it, cause one never ever gets help there at all. Your online payment system is just another issue on it’s own, I’m just so disappointed in Superbalist cause I have been online shopping here for years to be experiencing such issues. What happened to the good service guys???

I placed an order for a pair of shoes, one shoe was the correct size and the other shoe was the incorrect size. (The operational team made an error) I immediately called customer service the same day and I spoke to Nishaat, she took so long to reply via email, that stock eventually ran out. I called and emailed her at 12:32 and only received a response later in the afternoon and again later in the evening. I’m very disappointed as I’m a loyal customer. I asked if the supplier or distributor could be contacted to confirm if stock will be available again, as I would love an exchange instead of a return. No assistance was provided in this regard and I was brushed aside.
I have been trying to place an order since the 1 of May 2021 . Superbalist online payment system (for Debit & credit card) is not working but the answer i get from customer care is that they are sorry and send me a voucher code. And there is no other way to contact customer care as the telephone number no one answers. Bad service for an ecommerce retailer.
I made an order consisting of 6 items on the 12th of November 2020. I have since only received 2 of the items on the order. I was told that the items had erroneously been delivered to the wrong address. When I call, which I have done many times, I am told the items are with the delivery company. I have also been told that the issue is under investigation and that it has been escalated. I have requested a refund on my missing items telephonically 3 times already. Again, I am told that the matter will be escalated. No one is bothering to get back to me. I have asked to speak to a supervisor, that has also not happened.
I have been struggling to do an exchange or refund on Superbalist system and i have been sending emails but with no joy. I need to exchange the size. This is not something difficult to do however no one seems to be interested to help me out. I would like to know what can i do as i ran out of ideas now. Its either i get a bigger size of the dress or money back. Please dont tell me to go and log it on the system it doesn’t work. I have been trying the whole week. Order number 7678621. This is frustrating.
I thought supperballist is a branch of Takealot company. I order item because because of how Takealot handle the delivery.
I am totally disappointed the way supperballist handle their delivery. It is extremely poor system and very poor manner of approach from the delivery person.

Really disappointed in the service from Superbalist.
I have a ref # 7773566.Since last week i have made a few calls regarding a missing item and everytime i get the same answer that i will receive a call.No one has ever contacted me with at least a follow up.I have purchased many times from Superbalist and its sad to know that this is how customers are treated when having a query.This will definitely be my last purchase and will advise all family and friends about this experience
