Iโve been a customer from Stradivarius for a couple years but only this year I had 2 orders that I sent back for a refund and never got it. When I complain about it they say they sent the refund already and to talk to my bank which I already had talked and they said they never sent this refund back to my account. I love Stradivarius style but they lost a customer now
Very disappointing with my latest shopping experience. Went to Stradivarius a few time while I visit Portugal and bought 4 pairs of shoes in total. The first time I put on the boots the zipper broke, and today as I’m trying to walk with my new pair of heels noticed that one is the wrong size!!! And now since I’m back to my country I can’t do anything about it!!!

My name is Shiran Turgeman from Israel, from the beginning I must tell you that I am a Permanent customer of Stradivarius and all the Zara group. I buy all over the world in these companies and in my life I have never encountered such a dismissive and offensive attitude.
Two weeks ago I purchased a belt at Stradivarius store in Israel in the south (Grand Mall in Be’er Sheva). I came home and decided to change the belt. It is important to note that apart from measurement it, I did not wear it for a single minute. When I arrived at the store, I was told that it was impossible to change because there was a hole. It’s important for me to tell you that I’m a little full girl, I bought the belt at the max extent possible size (90), The cashier told me that I made a hole in the belt after the original holes, the hole was made by the buzzer of the store (probably by a worker) and when I bought it I did not notice that the buzzer made a hole. The cashier called the manager (her name is Natalie), and the manager accused me in front of all customers that I had damaged the belt and she was not gonna exchange for me. She also behaved with contempt and service so bad that I never received in any store in the world!!! She yelled at me that she doesnโt won’t to hear me and that I am the one the hurt the belt and did not want to listen to anything I said. I asked for the customer service phone and she toss the pages at me contemptuously. Then I went to the belt position in the shop and found another belt that the buzzer in the middle of the belt!!! (not inside the belt hole) I went to the same manager and she lowered the buzzer and put the buzzer into the existing hole of the belt at the same moment!!!!!!!!!! and told me there was no such thing and the hole was in the right place and all that when I was standing right in front of me! She shook off all responsibility for having belts that were pierced in the middle of the belt by the buzzer and she also spoke to me with contempt and shouted at me that she was not my friend and did not owe me anything.
After I left the store I called the customer service, the girl on the phone that important to note was very cool and did not rush to help did not believe my words and claimed that I had damaged the belt and did not believe me that there were belts in the store were pierced in the middle by the buzzer, also told me why I did not check the belt When I bought it?!, she told me that nothing could be done except to send the belt for a quality inspection of up to 14 business days. And I ask this question-less than two weeks ago I bought the belt, I did not even enjoy it! Why should I send a defective product that I bought from the store!!! For inspection ?? Customer service that does not believe its customers and does not help any problem.
I’m really disappointed with the service and I experienced anguish in the store next to all the customers, and even after I left the store (my husband was still present at the shop), she continued to talk dirty about me to the customers and her store workers. It’s important to note that I am also a manager at a large pharmaceutical company in Israel and I never behaved like that to customers and I know how customer service should be.
