I am so disappointed in Steers Commercial street Pietermaritzburg.. Yesterday I ordered a Steers cheese burger and for the third time it was uncooked and raw.. I had ordered through MrD and the delivery was very quick and good.. But Steers should make sure that their food is cooked properly.
I bought food at Steers (King Shaka Airport in Durban) on the 30th December 2021 (Around 12H30) and I was appalled by quality of the food that was served. I ordered a full chicken (flame grilled hot) with chips for take away and could not believe how poor the chicken was prepared and how badly it tasted. I will definitely not be eating flame grilled chicken at Steers again.
I love steers my kids love steers due the economical cut we had with covid i could not really afford to buy them takeaways. This week I closed my eyes and decided to buy the Wacky Wednesday Special. Firstly my order was wrong I order 3 beef and 1 chicken. Tired and hungry we dug into our burgers. My children did not say anything but I could see they are not enjoying their meal. I thought maybe they are just to hungry. So I started eating well how disappointed I was. No flavour nothing the lettuce was off. The tomato was so thick we took it off. We had to swallow this meal keeping our eyes open. Not enjoyed that at all. If this is the kind of food that people get served at this Franchise I will rather travel further to get value for my money. What a disgrace @ Steers Algoa park, Port Elizabeth.
I would like to compliment steers in Durbanville Cape Town. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pick up or delivery I never have a problem. Well done to our steers in Durbanville. Tsiestie is the young lady that knows me. She is a star. Thank you for such wonderful staff there. Keep the good work up.
I am livid with the poor customer service I have received last night at steers Philip Nel. Ordered burgers at 19:49 and my order was issued at 21:09, so we had to wait more than an hour to receive our orders and one lady even had to ask for a refund because the staff was rude. I think you need to remind your staff members that a customer is always right and I suggest you set up your system to such a way that it doesn’t accept a whole lot of orders at once because that’s what causes delays.
I bought a steers burger yesterday at Queenswood steers. I asked the lady if the meat patty was hot, she said yes. The chips went into the oil for about 2 minutes. Well needless to say, the patty was pink in the middle and cold. The chips wasn’t nice as well. This was the second time that it happens to me at Queenswood steers. I will most certainly never go back to that steers
I ordered food in Welkom on Thursday, they delivered, good service, no complaints, Friday i ordered food at steers in Bothaville, they lady wass very rude but i let it slide. Today i made a telephonic order again so i asked if to have my rolls grilled, instead of just saying our griller is too hot she went on to say i will get burnt rolls, i told her not to be rude, even when i got to the shop i told her to never ever speak to me like that again. so she was defensive asking what did she say, while she was still the manager stepped in instead of adressing her subordinate, she rudely asked me, and i said if the manager is also rude nothing is ever gonna be so solved, so i said i dont want my oder anymore, The manager made the loudesr noise about how i grew up and how i will never ever get into that shop ever again and i told her that i dont intend to come back, All the staff on duty made a lot of noise, so i really dont like how i was treated.
What an eye opener today in Barberton steers at about 18.10 on the 06.06.21. I walked into steers sanitizer is standing in the plants next to the temperature meter no problem with that just what’s the use of having flowers plastic if they get rounded like that. Walk up to order there are 3 ladies standing 2 in grilling uniform and the cashier, I presume it was not her day to serve a customer so the friendly grill lady greets me and I would like to order but there is no menu there are 4 tv but the 4th one that I presume had the combo deals on display wasn’t working I asked them for a menu they don’t have and trying to get the TV on. 5 min have come and gone and still no joy I notice to the left how dirty the food stations are( not one customer in the shop and only 1 order on the display tv) white cutting board covers in crumbs and brown juice I presume. I would hate to know how many food safety rules are broken behind closed doors. I walk back to the counter and asked the lady in grilling uniform if they at least just tell me what is on the menu I wanted to treat my family after a long drive from jhb and she started naming the menu, and the cashier just stood with her back still against the food station hands in her pocket… well I’m sorry please start employing people that have a passion for work that actually have some form of knowledge of hygiene.
I bought food at Steers Garankuwa and I was appalled by food that is being assembled by hand. No gloves, no effort to wash hands etc. They hold food with their bare hands. Right in the middle of the COVID19′ third wave. I asked the attendant at the till, a lady behind him says its normal. In fact in her words, she says, They are not allowed to wear protective hand gloves and she says ,No Steers in Gauteng wears gloves when assembling food. Really?
I am livid with your exceptionally poor service at Trade Route Mall Lenasia today. Kindly refund me my money as it is unacceptable you delivered the food extremely late and we made alternative arrangements.
