This company has been a disaster to deal with. I have tried to call, but you can not get a person. I have a commercial account and ordered 2 washers. The first they did not deliver with the time window, did not install as agreed and did not haul the old away as paid for on the invoice.
The second I still await. It was to be delivered yesterday but no call and the email link on status did not work. By mid afternoon I called Lowes who promised it by 5. At 6 I called and they said it was on the truck and would be delivered. I called Lowes again at 8 and was given the same lie. I asked for a supervisor and was finally told it would be delivered today. When I had no call or email I called lowes again and they now said it would be delivered sometime on Thursday as this had missed the 4 pm cutoff on Tuesday for a Wednesday deliver. I have yet to receive a call from Spirit or be able to speak with any spirit employee. I have called the number on their website. I can not get an operator or a human but I have left messages and no one has returned a call.
This is the by far the worst company that Lowe’s could have chosen to do third party delivery for them. They broke our water line. Water was under our house and we had to call a plumber and they have not sent us a check for the damages. You cannot get in touch with them on the phone. They are very unprofessional. We live in Athens, Ga and they sent people to our home from Miami and they didn’t have masks on. My dry wall and paint was damaged and no one has come to my home to fix the damages.
I had a french door refrigerator delivered by or Lowes in Decatur, AL. Shahlil B and Montez delivered my refrigerator I purchased from Lowe’s. My appointment was 12:00p to 4:00p. They arrived about 1:30 or 2:00p. I was amazed how quickly they moved the old refrigerator to the garage, got the new one thru the front door and hooked up. Your company should feel blessed to have employees like them.
