I live in Belleville On. I joined your program 6 months ago for a 6 month program. Imagine my surprise that after 6 months I was charged almost double the amount for something I didn’t want. When I called in about it I was told you just automatically renew my program without my knowledge. That is wrong any your method has to change. You can sent an email telling me it is time to renew and I will make the choice not you. You send enough email as it is why not one more. Your method is wrong.
