I have 2 parcels sent from China and one has delivered successfully on 4 Jun 2021. However, the other parcel (903007804368) has misrouted to Kulim. We called them and they said will route back to right location in 1 week.
After 1 week, we called to follow-up, the staff gave me all different response such as, the item was here but now I cannot find, the item still in shipment, short carton, and now they not even bother to pick up the call.
I sent complaint to Skynet website and they never monitor and reply after 3 weeks later. I sent complain to their facebook. The first reply is based on our record, your item has delivered successfully on 4 Jun 2021. This showed they not even has SOP to check properly and response to customer. Subsequent replies, we are still working on it. We are working with the related branch and have yet to receive any positive feedback.
Today on the 20th November ’20, I received a SMS from Skynet notifying me that your delivery team is out for delivery to deliver my parcels to me. At 11.10am, i received a call from your delivery team 012-3061335 but I missed the call. I immediately returned the call but unfortunately failed. There were a total of 9 attempts but it was seem that my number was blocked and unable to go through. My wife made several attempts calling the same number, it was ringing but the call was not picked.
At 6.40pm, my wife called the number again and your delivery staff picked up. The reason that the staff for the failure to deliver was I didnt pick up his call before he arrives at my house. He will not make the delivery provided I pick up his call prior to him reaching my house. When he was asked when he will be delivering the parcels again, he mentioned that he will only do that in the upcoming Monday. He insisted that he will not make the delivery tomorrow 21st Nov ’20 because he will be on leave and no other staff will be able to make the deliver other than him. This ain’t the very first time this happen but a few, leave me no choice to have this incident go public.
As a conclusion, I am very disappointed with the way Skynet manages customers deliveries and staff are not well trained. I have waited very long for the parcels to be delivered to me and urgently in need of the items. Hereby, I am requesting for Skynet management to look into my complaint and to deliver all my parcel by tomorrow. Please note, this isnt the first time i have such bad experience with Skynet.
I track my parcel status, and it is out for delivery, and it’s been like that for a week. Today I went to pick up my parcel at Central Region2 but they said it already be sent this morning. Until now I didn’t receive it yet. Really disappointed with the service. How long should I wait?

Yesterday morning 8am I already saw the message of tracking parcel, it’s already arrived Butterworth office which in my living area only. Okay, I expected will be received yesterday afternoon.( because usually parcel arrived in same area will be sent out in the same day) so I wait again today, just now calling that Butterworth area office, they answer me need to wait until tomorrow because this morning the deliver already pick up all the parcel, mine one still left in office. WHAT THE HECK the other one very urgent important but mine one not necessarily?? Other delivery company never fails like this. I’m so dissapointed about this delivery’s service. Other delivery company been improved their services and become better than SKYNET! If SKYNET still like this attitudes and services better SHUTDOWN and don’t make other people inconvenient
I thought poslaju is the worst. But skynet is more terible that ive encounter. Send document friday 6/12/2019 Until friday 13/12/2019 not send. Many time call call centre and they say not enough kl staff to send. Cammon man. A week penang to kl for a document. What a lousy company. Do not use this service anymore please. My parcel 238927707432 . I track the parcel . It says that the parcel is out for delivery 02/10/2019 but why untill now I didn’t get my parcel yet ? What’s wrong with your service ? Terrible company. I highly dissuade anyone from engaging SkyNet to deliver their parcels. I received an SMS from SkyNet today claiming that they would be delivering my parcel today, so I waited at home for the whole day in fear that I would miss the delivery. However, after waiting till 5p.m., I started getting worried and called the customer service at +6 03 52369177 to enquire on the status of delivery and she assured me that the deliveryman would deliver to me before 7p.m. However, when I checked the status at 7p.m., the updated status was “Failed Delivery Attempt – Company Closed”.
What kind of rubbish is this? If you guys are unable to deliver by today, why send me an SMS and inform me that I would be receiving the parcel today and make me wait for the whole day at home for nothing?
Please do not ever engage SkyNet for any sort of service and hopefully they close down soon.

Sadly the item show shortlanded at port klang. What does that means??? Its been a week shortlanded? Please la skynet. Dont deal with skynet anymore! Bad service and unprofessional. My online order was placed and fully paid for on 9.9.19. On 11.9.19, status of shipment was “packed for shipment”. On 11.9.19 status was “shipment sent to shipper, SkyNet” with an initial delivery date of 13.9.19. However, from11.9 – 14.9 tracking of the shipment indicates it has been going round in circles between SkyNet’s HQ Hub and the Local Hub and the possibility of a delay for which no reason or update was provided! SkyNet is probably one of the most inefficient shippers on the e-commerce platform’s shipping panel simply based on the volume of negative feedback and bad ratings provided by very dissatisfied customers on the platform’s website as well as SkyNet’s own websites locally and internationally. I would certainly not purchase again from sellers who offer to ship their merchandise by SkyNet! I would urge other potential shoppers to take note of this to avoid all the trouble and anxiety.
My parcel reached Semenyih on 3/9/19. Everytime track still stagnant in Semenyih. Called several times but no one picked up. After more than a week the seller who sent the parcel managed to speak to someone in charge and told me that the parcel is out for delivery on 13/9/19(Friday) also according to tracking result but still haven’t received.
Another parcel from another seller also has not reached me. Heard it was sent to another person in Balakong, was returned to skynet delivery man. Until now haven’t received.
Skynet pls check and resolve. I need my parcels to be sent immediately, long wait to receive a postage frm Kuala Lumpur.

My parcel LAZM9001272935 has been picked up since 09/08/2019 until today 13/08/2019 has no any further update in Skynet system. Can’t even track it. No idea where the parcel is now. It took so long for pickup service arrangement and it took even longer time to get the item delivered (which you can’t even know when is the ETA).

Received a similar message one the next day 2/8/2019 but also not received. I called and asked them not to deliver on 3/8/2019 because i was outstation

Skynet Malaysia is the worst courier service provider that I have ever come across. Item was sent to me from Mentakab Pahang on 18th July 2019, today 22nd July 2019 I am still waiting, making things worst, when call up all known numbers – no response. Finally called 0392227722 the operator said my item is in the office will be delivered tomorrow, …….will depend on the driver …… What type of courier service is this. Irresponsible. Tidak apa attitude. Worst than snail mail services.
My package LAZM 900118887 bought washing machine through lazada. Item was stucked at Skudai branch for almost a week, driver did called me let me knows he only works up to 4pm, i having hard time to arrange someone at house during 8am to 4pm, in the end driver argued with my security management, refuse to register with his personal paticulars, my security called me, i grant them in to my taman and not even waited for 3 min infront of my house, my sister coming down from upstairs. he left a note and go off from the place when my security informed there is ppl at house he keep on repeating “let them collect at office” rude driver , rude behavior.
What is the point paying so much for this kind of poor services.
I am upset on the poor service and attitude which Skynet adopted.

I told her my parcel was suspended and i am urgent on this, disappointingly she straight away hang up the call.
I am upset on the poor service and attitude which Skynet adopted.

Kindly inform to change the courier service company, the item arrived to the service store for almost a week ago, out of delivery for 2 days but still not able to deliver the item to my location.
Yesterday, I tried to walk in to the service store to collect my item myself, they refused to provide my item and said it been out of delivery.
To mention, the distance from the service store location to my provided location only takes a journey less than 10minutes of traveling. How can the item out of delivery for more than 2 days? It’s total nonsense.
Please take some effective action towards the matter of issue to avoid future violations. I’m in my progress of preparing some legal documents to approach the service company for concern to act purposes and compensation under a dissatisfaction achieved on the mischievous behavior obtained by the courier service company. This is consumer rights and can not be denied.
My parcel from go shop has reached Skynet on 1sr April 2019 and I have not recieved any notification from Skynet until I checked online with Skynet and found that my parcel has been unssuccessful on 03April2019 stating that there was 2 unsucceeful attempt. My question is why was there is no notification from Skynet with regards to their attemp???

My parcel from lazada have reached in skynet 1 week ago.The ipoh garden branch. But they failed to get it delivered till now date 23/11/2018. Why giving a poor service. How long are we supposed to wait. We called more than 15 times in different contact number but still didn’t pick up the call. Yesterday they called back to get delivered today but still we haven’t receive yet. we are being very patient here. hope to get my parcel delivered ASAP because we are shifting house in 2 days. Delivery guy called me for delivery, but I’m not around, they are not allow me to arrange the delivery time with them, thus, I tired to contact syknet penang, however, I’m calling syknet penang office for 2 days,
