Very bad courier services. I would like to complain on Penang branch services. 1 week also can’t get parcel. Keep asking me go to collect myself. Reason is when delivery house no people at home. But we never see the dispatch come to our house. Keep promise will check and call back, but i didn’t get the call back. Keep promise will send next day, but still don’t received. I’m stay in Condo, why the note not hang or put in the house? Why drop in letter box only? Call to HQ complain regarding this issue, HQ person also say will follow up and call back, unfortunately I’m still didn’t receive call from HQ also. Very disappointed with Nationwide express services. Kindly improve your service!!!
