About Shopkick
Shopkick is an app-based mobile loyalty program available for Android and iOS platforms. Founded by Cyriac Roeding, Jeff Sellinger, and Aaron Emigh in 2009, Shopkick has grown to become a leading shopping rewards app. It’s office where it houses designers, developers and managers is located at Redwood City, California. reward points for walking in or scanning.
Registered users earn rewards shopping in-store or online, and even by referring friends to download Shopkick. The reward points, called as Kicks, can be redeemed for a wide selection of gift cards. You can earn reward points every time you walk into partner store, scan select products, or make purchases. When scanning barcodes, use the in-app scanner, and when making a purchase online do same with a linked credit card. Submit the receipt through the app to earn points. Further, earn points when visiting select online partners, exploring partner offers through app and when you make a purchase. Ensure you have linked your debit/credit card from the profile or menu icon within the app to not miss out the points.
The points earned can be redeemed for gift cards from leading names such as Target, Amazon, Starbucks, and Groupon. Other popular brands include Crocs, Ebay, GameStop, Barnes & Noble, Uber, JCPenney, Lowe’s, and Foot Locker. As to know how much the points are worth, most rewards are 250 Kicks per dollar. Registered users can visit the Kicks Center section in the app to redeem points for gift cards. Dont forget to turn on notifications on the app to keep track of opportunities that will help you earn Kicks faster. Note that points from online purchases may not be awarded or used until a certain time period. It could take between 30 and 45 days. The same also applies for card awards. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REDEEM MY KICKS FOR WEEKS FOR GIFT CARDS AND IT SAYS AN ERROR OCCURED I HAVE OVER 63,000 KICKS AND I CAN NOT REDEEM THEM. THE HOLIDAYS ARE HERE AND I WANT TO USE MY KICKS FOR GIFT CARDS.
Shopkick will not let me redeem my points. I am logged into my account and have 1350 point. I have been trying for weeks to redeem an amazon 50$ gift card for 1250 points. It tells me to verify my phone number and when I do it says it’s already in use and try again. I have already verified my amazon account has the same correct phone number on my account. Getting really frustrated and can not get Sony one to answer or assist me in any way!
They ignore my emails and the two phone numbers I have are not in service
I changed email addresses and all my kicks points are tied to the old email and I need to transfer them
