When I place a return and refund in the shopee app, without discussing with me they release the amount to the seller. When I asked about how you release it without even discussing with me about what’s wrong with the item. All I can hear is that I apologize for the inconvenience. Is there any other issue to help? If I say I will close the account even if I am a gold member I am not getting any support, your customer service guys replied to help to close the account. They are ready to loose customers but not ready to help. That’s all they are doing.
Every dog has his day, if your customer service keeps on doing this, your will business will go down. Please educate them on how to interact with customers.
Shopee provides lousy after sales service. I raised a refund request before I received the items as it’s passed the deadline for delivery. The item still overseas. After 3 calls and many emails, the customer service kept telling me that they are still investigating. Kept telling me to wait 3 days after 3 days and that they are still investigating. I ask the customer service I want to talk to the manager, he said the manager will give the same answer. I said I want to lodged à feedback/ complaint, he said there’s no such section. I believe in Singapore you are supposed to provide à feedback section. This’s really frustrating. Hopefully, this will be the last time I need to deal with Shopee Singapore
I top-up money but it was never credited into my Shopeepay’s account. I tried so many times talking to their customer service and every time they gave the same lip service reply that the matter has already been escalated to the relevant department. Till now the money is still not in. This is one of the worst shopping platforms that does not take complaints seriously.
What’s the purpose of asking customers to give feedback when shopee does not even bother to answer to customer complaints by Jim, Napat, Penny. Might as well don’t have this avenue! Again raising customers’ hopes that their grievances can be looked into to prevent future occurrences! I am also a victim of this SHOPEE GUARANTEE!
I had order plastic drawer from china.(order : 210314BQ3R9FPP) The first item was one piece (717 Bath) the second order was pack-two.(1,527 Bath). Buyer sent me only the first one and did not response for the second one until I asked for and then he told me that he could not sent me and he will refund money back for the second item, but I have to accept the first one because it was nothing wrong.
But I can not get one piece of drawer without another. It was not my plan, I need set of them. So, I call shopee Thailand to support me. It seem to understand that I asked to refund the whole order (2 items : 2,244 Bath).
I have waited for two days the system just came out that I accepted the first item automatically and I can get money back only the item that buyer did not send. I tried to call Shopee and explain in many channel over and over. But they are not capable to help me.
I’ve spoken so many times to so many customer service agents and attaching relevant proofs everytime in emails to the different agents I spoke to and everytime their side always tell me it has been escalated to relevant team to handle the case and asking me to wait 1~3 days.
After 3 days, nobody call me back and I’ve to call back, attended by different agent, he will sent me a fresh email for me to attach relevant proof and pics again while past email correspondences with other agents is gone and literally back to square 1, and whole cycle repeat again. Until now, I’ve spoken to Mohammad Helim, Sandra, Jabez, Harrivin, Shoba, Moushami, Rubendranathan, Priya, Vivian, Eleena, Azri, Malathy, all from different team who don’t seem to be able to see my past emails, and all just don’t follow up my case !
I called customer support and was placed on hold for 40 minutes from 5.50 to 6pm What kind of service is this??????????? I have no choice but to call as i do not have a favourable reply from the email sent. Thinking it will be good to sort things out and have instant feedback, it turned out to be a huge disppointment, from email to phone service
