Scotia has no inclination to institute a call back the way any larger corporation does i.e. Rogers regardless of how long the considerable wait time might be (“longer then 20 minutes” can easily be 60 minutes or much more) for contacting CS by phone. It’s online chat function that it clams is available during specific hours is very much not to even that level of dysfunctionality. as it often refuses to let customers even wait, with a bland & total dismissal of “all agents are busy” displayed – with no recourse of any kind. A typed letter sent by mail is offered as an alternative.
