I recently bought Benjamin Moore paint for my walls from RONA, Dundas St. Mississauga and they supplied me with wrong colour. I realized it when I needed some more paint and they supplied me a different paint colour later saying there was a tinting error/mistake first time. They refund the money for the paint I bought from the store. Who is going to bear the cost of repainting the walls with right paint colour. They have extremely poor customer service. I have reached out customer service and talked to one of their supervisors, Naonie. She was so rude and said since it’s a in store purchase we can’t help you, go and talk to the store manager. I have spent closer to $1,000 for the material only and suffering due to their mistake. Never go to this store!!
I just dealt with a woman named Christine at your Golden Mike location. She was by very rude and demeaning. We’re all going through tough times right now so if the poor attitude could be toned down that would be preferable, Possible customer relations training would be in order. I will not be back.
I bought some goods from Rona ,they took my money so fast and left me hang for 2 weeks and my project delayed. I called the store where i purchase the stuffs they are rude and blame it on head office ??? I called head office 5 times each time waiting for more than 40 Mins without answer.
I bought a dress which was nothing resembling on the site. It wasn’t my size or the style I so on their site, it is awful and I want to return it. Do you think I could find a return label, no. I can not for the life of me get in touch with them. For anyone reading this before ordering, please don’t order anything. It truly is not worth the stress and I am yet to find a way to return the item.
