My son and I were at the Oilers game 5. We were seated in section 205. I was in extreme pain in my knees because of the low angle of the seat and the inability to straighten my legs got steadily worse forcing me to stand several times and moving out to the stairway. I sat there finally. I was told it was a safety hazard blocking the stairs. The attendant Terry Santiago came to assist me, I explained my situation and explained to her supervisor Louise who notified control and were given authorization to move us to section 211 with higher seats and the space to stand and stretch. Fantastic! Terry came back several times to check on my condition and went above and beyond bringing me a cold drink and popcorn. I really appreciate the attention she gave me made me feel special.
Thank you Terry and the staff of Rogers place.
