Officially it was introduced as Regal Cinemas in 1989. Today, the theater chain is spread across more than 550 locations, with 7,200+ screens, making it the second largest in the country. Part of Cineworld, the company is headquartered at Knoxville, Tennessee. It has theaters spread across 42 states. You can locate one nearest to you on the website. The details will include the address, along with current screenings and movie times. While some of the screens have IMAX, you also will find RealD 3D, RPX, ScreenX, 4DX, and Dolby Atmos.

Won a 3 month Regal Unlimited All Access subscription in your โSummer of Movies Sweepstakes โ and have not been able to redeem my award. When I go to the link and enter the promo code you sent me it is rejected. I have made numerous attempts to reach you via the website, phone, emails and messenger. All I get is stock response that are no help. One did assign me a reference number MSG 18300481. The email I got from you stated that I only had 30 days to claim my prize. How do I get my prize before it expires.
I do not expect you to post or reply to this, but I wanted to let you know that the new seats in the Hagerstown Mall location are the most uncomfortable theater seats I have ever experienced. I am relatively short (5โ3โ). Even without reclining my feet barely touched the floor. By the end of the show, i could barely walk out. Footstools or seats on which the legs raise would help.
My husband has tried to reach your customer service through email, Facebook and twitter several times now without any appropriate response which is unacceptable. We have tried to reach the customer service phone number and it keeps telling us we have to email. We just bought the annual membership pass but for some reason none of our gift cards were applied correctly so now we have the gift cards sitting in the account and our credit card automatically charged without us authorizing it.
I’m asking about closed captioning devices that do not work. Would someone take an interest in this problem.? I have been to four movies recently, two of them Regal, two AMC. Devices for hearing impaired did not work satisfactorily. Today, given two passes, but that doesn’t address the problem.
