I gave my BB 9360 in January to get repaired @ Sai Communications in Ghaziabad but have not received the handset since. They say it is out of stock. They did give me one handset and took 6600 rs. from me but that was also not working and i returned it, but my money and handset are both with them, they have given me a back up phone but that does not solve the purpose I need my phone please. The service center Owner Deepak and Sachin have been cooperative and pick all my calls but still I need some help from the company and advise how and when can i get my Cell Phone back as it is v difficult to manage with this back up phone only. If 9360 is out of stock give me any other equivalent model please. Thank you.
