My case reference number is 2055221. Upon sending, I was told it takes 7โ11 days. However, the status has not changed since April 27th, and this parcel is just from Malaysia to China. The document in question is very important, and the deadline for submission is due. I have spoken to an agent on two occasions, and they told me they sent a complaint to China, but since then, there has been no update from them. I’m pissed off since I don’t even now whether my parcel is missing or what.
The tracking number is EHEO94517414MY. This was dispatched from Kalang on 12-4-2023 but didn’t receive till yet. Today I checked with POS laju start centre cyberjaya, regret to say that they also have no record. There are important things in the parcel.
