You having no return policy is awful and bad business or bad customer service. I had an account opened 3 months ago and was charged 75.00 total. I never opened these accounts and I was told it is too bad but you have no return policy why? What happened to customer service skills? I am so upset and I can’t do anything about it because there is no refund policy.
