If you have to hold for 30 minutes… it’s no longer customer support. There’s a recording saying we are aware of the problem… not a 30 minute hold time. When finally I connect to a human they have zero idea about the repair time. Insane. I truly hope someone who is empowered to make decisions and or be recognized by the higher ups see this text.
