My concern is on 16.01.18 I had made a purchase the bill of the same is with me against that bill one credit note was issued because there was a problem with your product. I am grateful to your team as credit note was issued.
But credit note was misplaced amounting Rs 2780
My concern is credit note is not with me (as the car cleaner boy has misplaced it) but the bill against the credit note is issued is with me. Your team has told me that they cannot help me i have to escalate customer care.
I felt dishonoured/ Harassed – Last week when I had gone for shopping in Pantaloon Store in Inorbit Mall (Madhavpur, Hyderabad)…while returning, I was stopped at exit…because the system beeped while I was crossing the exit point. This didn’t beep for my purchased product, but for Tshirt I was wearing. I told the manager that it’s their system fault and this T-shirt I had bought from a different store sometime back. Still I was called in a room and they checked the tag and found it’s not their product. Till here it was still okay/acceptable….
Can you believe this…store manager advised me to cut the tag. I asked him, why I should do this when its system fault and more over this is not their store’s product. Still insisted me to do.
Then took me to a next store (Shoppers Stop) to check, if it’s beep there or not…it didn’t beep there. Still manager wasn’t ready to accept that it was their system fault and kept insisting on cutting the tag.
I really felt then harassed by manager….I don’t know how are they trained on customer service? They really need to understand that they are just an employee there and not owner!
I went to The Pantaloon store at Dabagardens. Visakhapatnam today ie.25-7-2017, 11 am. and made some purchases worth about Rs3700. When I went to pay the bills at the cash counter at about 12 noon, the sales girls who were present there said that the cashier is not there and we have to wait further. When I asked the reason they said that the cashiers comes at 12.30pm. When asked about the in charge of the stores, he is also not available. Even they refused to give their names or the complaint register. They advised us to give the online complaint to customer care. How pathetic. So there was no option left for me to leave store without any purchase wasting my time. They don’t know how to speak with customers. They are careless and there is no one to supervise them.
I am really very upset with Pantaloon outlet of Camac Street. Whenever I go to buy Altamoda brand Gents wear section. I never get sizes, color or any dress materials. The stock of Altamoda brand is very poor. Whenever I go there. The salesman or Salesgirl say, they are out of stock. Please see this section, as fat people really need this clothing section. Please please please fill the Altamoda section with new stocks.
The behavior of the store people/attendants in the Pantaloons store- South City Mall- Kolkata is pathetic. They don’t know how to speak properly with customers. Their attitude just sucks. Should be kicked out of the organization.
I bought two shirts with buy 1 get 1 free one full sleev another half sleep but they swap the price of both on 16 Aug 2015.

I went for shopping in GIP Mall, Noida on 9.7.15 in pantaloons.
1. I had requested to bill all items together but the person did not do it as i wanted to avail 5% cash back on the bill which was above Rs 4500.
2. I had vouchers of Rs 1500 which the bill boy was trying to adjust in a bill of a shirt of approx Rs 2000 which had a discount of 50%. I informed the person about the vouchers earlier also. But he kept on saying ” sir JV mar denge” he was trying to adjust my 1500 coupons in Rs 1000 bill.
When i caught his mistake then they made me buy another Tshirt to adjust the due amount. Its CHEATING in clear words.
I could not avail the cashback offer as well as I had to pay more to buy the t-shirt for the leftover coupon amount.
Attached are the bills for your perusal. The bill no 4 & 5 have the no of my coupon also.
The bills also has my loyalty card which he made me fill at the counter itself to avoid me to concentrate on the billing to misguide me.
The Pantaloon store in Empress Mall, Nagpur City are playing with customers membership card. There is some kind of fradulent activity going on and must be investigated by the management of Pantaloons. This has happened to me on April 22, 2014.

I purchased a salwar suit of rs 3450..there was a manufacturing defect in the product and the sales person who attended me was Amit.. told he would change it with xl size but its now a month and i am waiting for the product. I have visited 4 to 5 times to get my item but being rejected. An unsatisfied customer.
sir i purchased a beigh trouser from the factory outlet at fun republic lucknow …. the colour faded after the first hand wash with soap … sir it is very disappointing .. coz i have lost the bill and the tag … and now this product of yours is of no use for me …. kindly look into the matter..
