  1. The said product/service is not up to the mark due to the following defect:
    I complained in the month of august 2020 that my washing machine is not working.
    Technician visited and checked he said there is a panel PCB issue. That Technician took panel with him and told will repair at my office & after solve will visit again and fit it.
    But still no response from them. I tried to call him many times but no response.
    He is not answering my call so I again complained 4-5 times on 18005725555
    & I told them if the issue does not resolve please replace my PCB part. But they are also answering and will update within a week. But still no reply from your side. We have urged for a replacement and which turned in to deniable action.

  2. Dear Koryo Service,

    We had purchase a Koryo AC Model No. KSI12ABN3S in the month of April 2010, it was amazing experience. And we spent more than 6 happy years with our AC.

    And behalf of previous experience we planned to brought a new and upgraded AC the brand has been same “KORYO” and finally we brought a new AC on 15.07.2016 from your E-ZONE Ghaziabad (BB CUT IN ) outlet through Invoice No. 92904162 with 3 years paid extended warranty.

    But observation regarding KORYO got wrong and we faced problem with this AC since last 3-4 months. The AC has been failed to cool our 10’ by 10’ size room.

    We lodged complaints so many time and your engineers visited us, but no solution founded and advised different types of silly advices.

  3. We purchased electric rice cooker. We used it only for twice. But with In two days it stops working while cooking it self.
    I don’t know how they are manufacturing these kind of products.
    We request you to provide quality products for which we have paid.

  4. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I bought a 40’LED in the month of Jan 2016 and literally after 2 months the TV shut down. Running around the customer care and the services guys is another hassel. Have been trying to track a service engineer for the past 2 days and all the attempts are in vain. No one answers or rather approaches to address the complaint. KORYO YOU SUCK BIG TIME.

I had brought a Koryo LED tv last year on 9th march 2015 from big bazar Zirakpur i had a problem with the picture it was not coming so i called customer care they sent a person to look in on 12/2/2016. today is 20/2/2016 my led is still not working still waiting for repair. where does this part that needs to be changed have to come from when i asked this question from customer care.. she told me it comes from Mumbai so how long does it take reaching from Mumbai to Zirakpur. After having all the details customer care tells me to scan all documents and mail it to Mumbai. this is the kind or after sale service??

    Koryo really needs to work on their after sales service and train their staff on how to offer customer services. It has been more than three weeks i have been facing problem with my washing machine i brought from them. They sent a technician and he mentioned the PCB of the machine needs to be repaired. He got it back after a few days stating its repaired and it didn’t even work for 10 minutes. I was charged cost of repairs Rs 1200 and then they mentioned the same needs to be replaced. I have been waiting for over three weeks and every time you call their helpline number their service sucks.. They would always mention another 10 days due to non availability of the part and has been going on for ever. If their service continues to be like this time is not far when Koryo will be wiped out of the Indian markets. Never Ever buy anything from Koryo..

    We have a Koryo split AC of 1 ton . It we buyed from Big Bazar Kolkata 4 years ago. Now a days it does not cooling the room no water out cames from the pipe.

            This is to inform you that the service Request No: 529250 which was raised regarding Microwave Oven Model No: KMC2323 on 04/04/2015 still remains unresolved for the want of a PCB board spare. Repeated calls to your customer support center have proved futile as they are reiterating the same answer ‘Non-Availability of Spare’. This is really shameful on your part, though the product is under warranty, you don’t seem to be making any  effort to repair the product even after a month. If you still can not find the required spare, you must replace it with a new Microven at the earliest as we, the customers can not be expected to suffer for your inefficiency in getting the equipment repaired. As it is evident from your behavior, you show utter disregard for customer problmes vis-a-vis your products.  In view of the above, I shall be complelled to move the consumer court with ample evidence of  your callous atttitude towards honouring warranty committements. 
          Sicerely hoping that KORYO will resovle or replace the product as per the provisions of Warranty and looking forward to hear from you soon. Please look for reported product-problem details below.

  9. It’s been 1 month since I registered my complain regarding washing machine dryer at Koryo customer care and the problem is still not fixed. One technician visited my house 3 weeks back and told me that some hardware has to be replaced. He said he will come back within two days and will fix the problem. Instead of fixing the issue he damaged the Drain system too and he did not come back ever. Now he did not receive my call nor the customer care does anything. Its too frustrating and I always regret why did I buy a washing machine from Koryo.

    I purchased a 21″ TV in Jan, 2012. This TV gave me a lot of trouble and is still it is one of the big headache for me. In warranty period itself it got repaired 2 times and even after that, in every 6 months some or the other part of this TV stop working. Recently I lodged a comlaint regarding my TV screen on 5th June, 2014 but till now I have not recieved any response.

    I have contacted Koryo Customer Care multiple times, they assure me all the time that the concern would be resolved but till now no . I am really sick of this kind of poor service and products provided by Koryo. Please do something for my TV otherwise I’ll not hesitate to go to Cunsumer Forum for this kind of poor and harrasing service.

  12. I find Rahul & Neha from customer care help desk very inefficient at their work. Not sure if Korya will be able to retain their customer this way.

    After multiple escalation about my case, I spoke to Aradhya. I still could not find a proper response. The call got disconnected and I never received any call from her, she being a customer service floor manager.

    I would really appreicate if the senior person calls me at ****187770.

  13. I had purchased split a/c on 10.05.2014 due to faulty intallation by co.machanic, the gas was leaked. I made complaint on 22.05.2014 but till today i.e. 26.05.14 it has not been repaired.I think the co. is not customer friendly and its after sales service is very poor and faulty.awaiting for response


    Please be informed that I, Ashutosh Kumar Ranjan, have a music system of
    Koryo, which has been defaulted and for the same I have made a compliant
    (Compliant No. 449469) to repair the same at customer service of your good
    office on 18th March’2013 i.e. Jeeves Consumer Services Pvt. Limited.

    The above said complaint is pending for more than three (3) Month. The
    executive of your good office had charged of Rs. 350.00 and taken a part of
    the said music system and committed that the same would be replaced with in
    one week against a charge of Rs. 750.00, however no executive of your good
    office has come to repair the said music system till date. I have also made
    various calls at 18004257722 customer service and each and every time they
    committed for one week but their one week never complete.

    In view of the same, I hereby humble request to your good self, kindly do
    the needful at the earliest, expecting the satisfactory reply from your end.

    Have bought a 1.5 tons Koryo window AC from Big Bazar Rajkot, in 2011, in 2012 august the compressor failed and had logged a complaint for the same, since the have been following up but of vain, Now I have got transfered to Gandhidham in gujarat and have tried to again be in touch with customer care dept and am getting a reply sir we will revert once we have the parts with us. today in 2013 it is now felt that Koryo as a company is cheating people by giving them false commitments about their product and services, other wise I just have one question for which I require an answer does it take them to get a spare part more than one year, if I would know how it is manufactured by now I would have made a new part and replaced it, forget that do we assume that the company does not have new spare compressor and they cannot replace the same from my AC and make a client happy. BIG CHEATS!

  16. I had purchased a Koryo A.C. of 0.8 ton from ……….having model No. KWM09A0 through Home Solutions Retail India (Ltd.), Lucknow on 02.05.2009. The cooling system was not working properly and in this regard when I contacted your service centre, they told me that there is problem in cooling coil but the same is not available with them. Please provide the cooling coil of the said model of A.C. to your service centre at Lucknow, so that they could repair my said A.C. It is summer season and you can imagine the importance of an A.C.

  17. I purchased koryo home theater in june 2012 but after 1 month the home theater was not working. I called Koryo helpline several times. Every time they said the part will be delivered “next week”. It is now over 6 months, same problem exists. I am very upset with this company. It is cheating consumers with faulty products. Please exchange or take back your item.

    My complaints for split AC service has been lodged vide acknowledge number 444122 dated 22-2-2013, Till now no service technician nor engineer has attended the complaints. I hope all these are propaganda only. Like me several customer has been cheated by this customer care.

    I lodged a complaint with the name Mr Ashish Srivastava but no solution provider from your side has visited my place.We have a problem in our microwave oven so we lodged a complaint in the month of Oct-2012 and following it till now no solution.

    When an engineer came very first time he said PCB has to be changed . I have called to the customer care 4-5 times, they promised to send engineer. Still same problem with oven.

  20. I had purchased Koryo Electric Cooker 5 months back. I started using it yesterday, but after 10 minutes it had gone faulty. I had called 08026577722. The executive told me to take to a service centre at JP Nagar. I stay at Telephone exchange qtrs Shankarapuram Chamrajpet. Now I have to take the cooker all the way from Chamrajpet to JP Nagar and search for the service center and get it repaired which I am not sure when they will get it repaired. The product is under warranty. Please do the need ful. Failing which I will be compelled to go to consumer court.

    I Have purchased 32 inch LCD T.V. from Big Bazaar, Udaipur, Rajasthan Vide Bill No–T13/1729 on date 10.07.2011. The set has three year onsite warranty. I have registered my complaint that my TV set is not working properly vide Complaint No–412508, Dated-25.07.2012, Phone No-9214876313. Your servise engineer visited to our home and said that motherbord/Main display card has gone defective.
    He also said that he has made indent /requirement of the motherboard to your head office.
    It is very sorry to say that the required part has not made available to him till now. It looks that your high office is not looking into the matter seriously even after my many phone calls on your Toll Free custmer care no–18004257722. They always request us to give one week time to arrange tha required part.

  22. I purchased a split air conditioner of Koryo from Big Bazar on Feb 2012 (RECEIPT NO.0003953, MODEL NO.KSI09A03S). Just within few months now, its blower is not working properly. Plus many complaints were made to the customer service team, but with no avail. I feel cheated by the company for going with this product.

    I have bought a washing machine. Its a fully automatic washing machine. It was not functioning and i called the service center people. They came after one week and said that a component named PCB has to be changed. They have to order it from bangalore and it would take 10-15 days maximum. I agreed. Its since last two months I have been continually calling up the local service center and the toll free number but none are able to help me out. They are saying that the component “PCB” is not available.

    Now you tell me what shall I do? We are from middle class family and we have bought the machine in much pain and finally getting harassed by the services. What shall we do? Shall we keep moving to senior officials of koryo or shall we give rounds at the consumer courts. Tell me, what shall we do?With much disappointment I am writing this mail to you. Kindly help me out on this problem which has tolled high on us. I had recommended koryo products to many people and now i feel ashamed of naming the brand before others as i have been victimized by the same whom i trusted. Kindly restore the trust in me with your good and fast services.

    My Hand blender case is worst in koryo history. I have purchased a koryo hand blender in Octuber 2011 and in next two day it stopped working. I have submited it to service center and after 6 month its still going around to different service center and they just renew the complaint number but not hand blender. Still I am calling them on different levels but still no one gave me the satisfactory answer that when I will get back my Hand blender in working condition. Service and product both are pathetic.

    I had taken Koryo 1.5 ton window AC on 18th April 2007 from big bazaar Lucknow , now its compressor is not working , I had mark a complaint on 22nd march 2012, complaint no is 387491. After completing more than 20 days my AC is at same condition and no repair action taken place till date. While enquring from service center or customer care no 1800 425 7722 they simply told that parts are not available and it will take 5 to 10 days more, when received item will be repaired. I am asking you what nonsense is going on with my AC. Please give me a proper reply and repair my AC at the earliest else will have no option to move on consumer court for redress my grievances. The warranty period will be void after 18 April 2012.

  35. I have purchased a Koryo washing machine in Nagpur. Inspite of repeated follow up with Mr Panda here and Big Bazar staff, no one has come for Demo. Is the services of Koryo so poor? Have I made a mistake by buying Koryo.

    Its very unfortunate that a prominent company such as yours is not taking care of customer grievances. Sir I had deposited my microwave oven Model No KMC 2522 to your service center at Tinsukia Assam on 18 Feb 2012 and service center made complaint to your office on 20 Feb 2012. Complaint number is 380939 C-01 dated 20/02/2012. I had purchased the microwave oven from Big Bazar branch Tinsukia on 25/ 04/ 10 vide bill no 129/17693. Sir After completing more than a month my oven is at same condition and no repair action taken place till date. While enquring from service center or customer care no 1800 425 7722 am told that parts are not available as and when received item will be repaired. I am asking you what nonsense is going on with my oven . Please give me a proper reply and repair my oven at the earliest else I will have no option to move on consumer court for redress my grievances. The warranty period will be void after 24 April 2012.

  37. The Koryo make water gyser is not working for last 20 days . Complaint no -373407. inspite of repeated and continuous follow up with Mr Mahesh at Bangalore till date the gyser has not been repaired.
