IT SEEMS TO BE A CONSTANT THEME with this newgistics outfit!It shows my package is stuck in newjersey since 1/8/21 here it is 1/27/21.As with all the other customers there is no way to talk with a human being to get real answers! They seem to act like bigtech where they get away with this conduct and are never ever held accountable. I am beyond mad.

    I have a package that has been stuck in Atlanta for five days now. Tracking number is 4202862592612927005172000009480563 Do you actually have people that work at this facility or do they just come to work when they feel like it? This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve sold over $30,000.00 worth of merchandise on Ebay in the last two years. Last night I filed a complaint with them begging them to find a new carrier. Maybe if enough people complain you’ll be out of a contract. Hell you guys make DHL look like the best service on earth and they suck. Wayne

  4. I’m trying to locate an email address to contact this company to find my package. When I track the package, it says it was picked up in California on 04/01 by newgistics, to be transferred to the USPS. The USPS still hasn’t received the package and neither have I.

    Tracking # 4209411192748927005185200303128769 was picked up at Hawthorne, CA. On 3/24/20 by shipping partner NEWGISTICS.Tracking status from NEWGISTICS indicates ” not received”. It is now 4/4/20. It can’t be both. Which is it?

    I have a package (420569019202390100716757) picked up from the local post office Sept. 19, 2018; it arrived in York, PA on Sept. 20, 2018 and the tracking ends there. All efforts to contact these people have failed, you get an answering service that takes you in circles and then hangs up. Today is March 11, 2019 and I am being charged for a $455 product from Lord & Taylor that I cannot locate or use. My next step is to contact the BBB or FTC and see what they can do about this travesty and I’m going to recommend that the Post Office end their contract with this “worst-in-class” operation.

    If I could, I would only buy from merchants that did not use the Newgistics parcel select return service. It never in my experience tracks a return properly. And definitely does not update its tracking system. I have never had good luck with this service in tracking a return. Very frustrating. I’m now in the process of trying to find out where my package is after USPS told me Newgistics picked it up, and it says not received, no matter what way I enter the numbers to try to figure out how this system works.

    • I have the same problem!!! I have contacted the retailer. Asking for a refund. They will not refund because they say it shipped. I am frustrated beyond belief. I call Newgistics and get the sane run around phone circle and speak to no one! Any help would be appreciated!

    I can not get through to a human to speak to about a package that was to be delived by 8 PM on 12/03 I have spent hours on trying to locate my package. I have spoken to Blair and called your number to only get a recording. Please have someone contact me immediately. I need to find this package asap. Blair told me Newgistics has it.

    I am trying to locate a package that per tracking was delivered by Newgistics on 200518 at ^ p.m. to Maumelle, Ar 72113. The tracking number on the smart label is 92023901007681000000494166. It was supposed to be delivered to Dooney & bourke company, but they say they do not have it. Could you please reach out to me and let me know something? This was a very expensive purchase that I returned. Thank you for your time and help. It is greatly appreciated!

    This item was last updated by your company Newgistics on 12/ saying it would be delivered 12/5 or by 12/7. There was never another update and the package was never delivered to my local Bethel, CT post office to finish delivery
