I have signed up for a fixed amount of R499.00 pm and now i am being charged extra the passed month. I called in to inquire and the agent told me that the extra fee is for extra view. I tried explaining that i have signed up for a fixed amount of R499.00 for 2 years but still telling me about extra view. I also signed up for show max which gives a 30 days free trial and within 15 days i was already charged twice and i am told its a pro rata.

My subscription was cancelled wef 28th December 2021. The service was terminated on that date, but you still deduct the amount from my banking account. I have been phoning your call center and I’m having no joy in resolving the issue. Today, 11,/3 alone, I spent at least an hour on the phone, costing me about R100. 00 in phone cost. I was promised a return call by 3 different people, including the supervisor, which never happened. I am tired of this incompetent service so I have no choice but to contact the consumer service for assistance.
I need information on the nearest contact or walk in centre in the East of Joburg – Benoni/Boksburg. There is no information available on your website instead, I got directed to an installer in Edendale. I called your customer care centre, even the agents do not know. She gave me a mobile number of an installer. It is so frustrating at this era that your customer service is so poor. You expect the public to use online services and expect us to have access to a printer and scanner. Why do you not make it easy for the public if you cannot provide physical resources.
