I purchased a set of 22 pc L20 Snaps and setter kit at Michaels in person on March 23, 2023. I am making something that needs all 22 snaps. Well out of all 4 parts of the snaps in this package, I did not have 22 of any of them! The Caps were short by 2 caps; the Sockets were short by 4 sockets (actually 3 short and one in the package was damaged, so couldn’t use it!); 1 short on the Stud, and 7 short for the Posts! So I was only able to get a full set of 15 snaps, not the 22 as the packaged stated! I am more than disappointed! I think ArtMinds owes me a new package of these snaps as I could not finish my project that needed all 22 snaps! What a waste of $9.99+ tax!!!
I have never experienced a manager like the one at Michaels in North Bay Ontario. She was very RUDE to me. I was trying to return a gift I got for Xmas two days ago and it was a very bad experience for me.
I am writing to compliment a sales associate at your store #9413 on 17th Street in Costa Mesa. Lori was extremely professional and she actually stopped her task to help me locate my item. She spent some time searching to find a second roll of matching ribbon for me. I am so extremely appreciative and impressed with her customer service. This is type of assistance is extremely rare, especially at this particular store. She deserves to be commended as a valuable employee!
Every time I receive a 30% coupon from Michaels it somehow gets redeemed before I get a chance to use it. This has now happened to me twice. I was planning to use my 30% coupon tomorrow and I when I went to print it off I found that it had already been redeemed–funny thing, I never redeemed it so who is redeeming the coupons? I would assume it might possible be an employee? Hmmm, strange. This is becoming very annoying.
I brought into Michaels Levittown a studio photo of my Grandmother that is over 100 years old and met With Dana in Custom Framing. Dana was very patient and helpful in selecting the best way of framing the picture that was large and not of standard dimensions. The picture was very fragile and Dana made us feel comfortable leaving the portrait in her care.
Today we picked up the finished product and could not be more pleased with the work And care Dana provided.
By Dana’s efforts we highly recommend Michaels in Levittown for custom framing.
Just received my order and one of the brushes came out like squish and the brush hair were sticking out in all directions.
I know for a fact that all paint brushes are not suppose to come out that way.
The brush is 18/0 Princeton Select Artiste 3750 Short liner Brush.
I ordered on your after Christmas sale on line.
The amount came to 49 dollars and some cents.
I had to pay shipping.
Going through your sale on line was time consuming and not one of the items said I could not Oder it on line
In other words I ordered these items with the idea you have them in stock as there was no
Indication otherwise.
But now I get an email all but one item was available the rest were cancelled.
I have been charged $49.00 plus shipping for 1 Order that was less then the shipping cost.
I am disappointed and disgusted that you would have your customers order items you no
Longer had and charge a shipping cost for one item!
I want the money gif the cancelled items to be reimbursed and I want the shipping cost reimbursed as well.
This is not good customer service.
We purchased 5 of your Studio 6 x 6 Shadowboxes to make Christmas presents. We took off the inside paper attached to the material on the inside back of the frame but the glue remained and we could not get it off without ruining the material. We had to re-line all the boxes with our own fabric. This was time consuming and disappointing. The boxes themselves are lovely.
You have not had a good sale on Red Heart Yarn since the spring. I know you have 20% off now, but you had Red Heart Soft Yarn on sale for $2.99 a skein. Will you be having a sale like that soon? Also since A C Moore went out of business I was hoping Micheals would make there yarn selection bigger. Do you know if that will be happening?
I recently made a purchase in the amount of $242.89 to discover that the five dollar reward per $25. After spending almost $300 it’s very misleading to a customer. This reward can’t be spent other places it goes right back into Michaels account. So it’s not like Michaels is losing anything

I have been shopping at the Michaels store in Peterborough, On. for many years for my scrapbooking supplies. Would like to know why you can no longer purchase paper with a hockey theme. For the past 6 months they have stocked every other sport but no hockey paper and only one packet of hockey stickers? Would you please let me know. Pat Roberts
I would like to order a table that was on sale last week but I was unable to pick up because the store was closed and my char was closed without resolving my issue or allowing the purchase of the table. I am also looking for several puzzles that I am unable to get because they are not avail for mailing.. please assist. The table is now up to $249.
