Mcdonalds Aurora blvd is the worst branch ever. Very bad customer service. Crews will not pay attention to customers and the store is very unsanitary.
I am writing this email to formally file a complaint against your store manager or supervisor of your store in SM City Iloilo City for questioning my eligibility of being a PWD and questioning the validity after presenting my PWD ID in the said store. She even gave me a grief warning that I can never used my PWD ID the next time I visit the store.
I am new here in Iloilo City and I used and present my PWD ID in some other stores like Jollibee, Chowking, Mercury Drug, Philippine Airlines, etc. And It was my first time experiencing such. Only in your store!
I really felt humilated and embarassed because of such incident. I am willing to escalate this to the highest level.

It took 10 to 15 mins for them to give 5 orders of hot fudge. The ice cream was just sitting there because no one was willing to put chocolate in it. The manager even got one of my order to give to the grab. No one was paying attention until I ask the same manager how long does it take to make a hot fudge. That’s the only time they got to my order. 10 to 15 mins for 5 hot fudge REALLY Mcdo? How disappointing!!!
I used the Free coupon then I received a message that the payment was successful. However, upon checking my GCash account, the 318 did not get back to me. I was going to reorder again, however, the coupon was gone, so as my P318.00 that was not credited back to my account.
I ordered online at McDonalds Trece Tower Mall, Cavite on January 3, 2022, and my order number is 1531. I indicated that I was a senior citizen and details of my OSCA ID Card were provided. My Senior ID Card was not honored.
I ordered using the phone app on Sunday at 12pm, I got charged on GCash but the order didnโt come. I got calls from the branch (Marikina) at 5pm but I wasnโt able to answer. I called back one number but it was dropped. I sent a message to your Facebook account and asked me for details and proof of payment and I was able to give all that they asked. I still havenโt received my order until now , two days after.
I ordered in Mcdo Santo Tomas Batangas, bff and small fries and burger. It was quite disappointing for giving us substandard food. The fries we had looks like from the old batch, not freshly cooked, some are burnt and most of my bff fries are small. I even asked for more catsup coz they only gave us 2 sachets. But I felt like the manager got irritated at me asking for more. IT’S BFF FRIE WITH ANOTHET SMALL ORDER OF FRIES AND A BURGER, IS IT ENOUGH TO HAVE 2 SACHETS OF CATSUP? AND IS IT WRONG TO ASK FOR MORE? IS IT BECAUSE I DON’T LOOK LIKE A REACH PERSON SO THAT YOU GUYS GIVING ME POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?
This just happened a while ago at Mcdo Southcoast Talisay City Cebu. There was this reward from Gcash that let the customers order and pay using Gcash Alipay reward from different stores with discounts. Since I had balance from my Gcash, I used it and ordered some food. So, we went there and luckily there were few customers in queue and we had our turn to order. We asked the cashier if they accept the promo from Gcash. The cashier answered Yes with a low voice and then the RM (Restaurant Manager) interrupted and said directly that their QR code scanner was unavailable. He turned us down instantly like we felt that they prioritized customers that pay cash. So we decided to go to another Mcdo branch and there we claimed our order. What I rant about here was that the branch where we claimed our order had their QR code scanner unavailable also but still they accommodate us and said that even with no QR scanner, there was an Alpha Numeric code at the top of the QR code and that should be fine as hell. Mcdo Southcoast Talisay City Cebu showed a really poor customer service. Whoever that RM was, he should have some seminar and shouldn’t be picky with customer service because we really felt down with their poor doings.
Just to complain about the โburntโ sausage mcmuffin I ordered via drive thru from McDo BGC. What has happened to the quality of food? There is no attachment provision here so I cannot show you what it is. Too late to return it because I am rushing for work. Itโs a Monday and this is the kind of breakfast I get!
Good morning. This is the second time around that Iโm going to report on my experience with McDonaldโs Bauan. What is the use of asking for an apology if you donโt do something about it? This morning, I ordered a plain cheesy pandesal and another one with ham. Again, I was asking for ketchup and only to be told ketchup is meant for fries only. In fairness to the manager on duty obliged on giving me but she emphasized that you have condiment policy that not all who ask for ketchup will be given one unless it goes with fries. Just a suggestion, you will always encounter people who like ketchup with their sandwiches, how about if we give you additional payment for the condiment? You are in the Philippine setup and many like ketchup to go with their sandwiches.

I order for breakfast meal number 3. I politely ask the cashier if she can make my large original iced coffee no ice since I am willing to have it even its not full cup as long it doesnt have ice but she refuse because itโs not allowed. I ask for extra cup so I can take took out the Ice but she said it was not also allowed? So as the customer I am not allowed to drink my coffee without ice even I am willing to took it out?
We dine in at Mcdo Marquee Mall branch today and ordered spaghetti, fries, burger and katsu meal. When I’m ready to order, those counter crews are not even assisting me and continue to chit chat with each other. Food was served and to our disappointment the fries were not crispy and fresh. It seems it has been stored in the fries station for quite some time. In my experience, fries should be serve within 7 minutes or otherwise it will be considered as waste. The spaghetti noodles is soggy.
I politely ask for a new freshly cooked fries but what I got is like a disappointment in their faces, seems an eye roll, and hesitance from their side to replace. As much as possible I don’t want to complain, but this kind of attitude and behavior is truly unacceptable to me.
I placed an order using the McDelivery app – the app charged my credit card but did not place the order.
Messages sent through the app and to the customer service email have not been answered.
The order hotline phone number on the app doesn’t work (phone says the number of invalid).
At Mcdonalds Centennial Road Potol Kawit Cavite. So this morning, me and my family had breakfast and ordered the BTS meal and couple of other stuff; and I tell you, the whole experience was blast! It was all the positive vibes they gave us. The moment we enter, the guard welcomed us with a smile, the cashier was very attentive, took our order quickly and accurately, the crew cheerfully assisted us to our table, and when the order was ready take note, they handle it all with care specially my BTS meal which I truly and highly appreciate? my respect for these people! The covid safety protocols was strictly implemented, after meal one crew even approached us and sprayed hand sanitizers for good measures. The whole place was neat, the decorations was lit, even the background music was at point! It was really a great experience and I’m really thankful for that. They made me start my day full of bliss. Kudos to the job well done!
Hi! McDonalds Lipa Ayala. I just want to share my experience with you. Early in this morning, I bought a sausage mcmuffin with egg with hashbrown and a crew named ely in a white shirt delivered my order, I asked for extra ketchups. She came back with the ketchup packets and reminded me to sanitize my hands first before eating my meal amid the coronavirus outbreak. I also want to appreciate the lobby person, managers and other crews especially the front counter cashier because they are very accommodating to every customers. I can see that they sanitize all the tables and chairs in the dine in area. Itโs amazing to know that you got an employee who smiles a lot and concern about the safety of your customers. Thank you for the great experience.

Incident Details: Around 6pm as I was in line for a takeout order and I noticed that a male on his 50s walked directly to the counter, cutting off our line and ordered and was entertained without prompting us who were on line (there was only one line)
So when it was our turn, we asked why that person was entertained.. The male counter operator just said “May inquiry lang po siya” when obviously he had ordered and is waiting for his order near us. So I said.. “May senior na babaeng nakapila na mas nauna, bakit pinasingit niyo siya?” Without any response he just called his supervisor and never bothered to explain.
So I ordered one coffee float..
After 20mins..
I noticed orders behind me had been given already despite that I’m ahead of them in the queue.. (135-140 was already served, my number is 134. see receipt)
So I voiced out to complain.. Why is my order not served yet?
No one bothered to explain.. no one bothered to offer.. Everyone just stood there as if I was a ghost.
No one cared.. No explanation.. No one tried to say sorry and tried to fix my problem.. The manager just simply left me. You can check the cctv
I was simply ignored like my payment was nothing and I waited and decided to just give up.
I walked out empty handed. Paid in full with an empty hand and stomach.
