Magyar Posta is the main postal service provider in Hungary. Also known as Hungary Posta, the state-owned enterprise has a rich history, being founded in 1867. Headquartered at Budapest, Magyar Posta caters to individuals and businesses with mail, logistics and financial services. Employing more than 30,000, Magyar Posta has a strong network of 2,600 fixed postal outlets and close to 3,000 parcel pick-up points. In 2020, it handled more than 26 million domestic parcels. When it boasts a fleet of close to 5,000 vehicles you can be assured of speed and excellent support. The main logistics facility in fact processes close to 3 million letters and 50,000 parcels each day.
