Horrible customer service. No one should order online delivery with lulu. The call centre staff is also completely lost to provide correct information. The manager is always unavailable to take your calls. Extremely bad experience.
Hi I bought a Rapoo wireless ultra slim keyboard E 9070 with a mouse from LULU Barsha few months back. I cannot trace the receipt. And I was not provided a warranty card as well.
Now the keyboard is not working but mouse is working.
