We had done a recharge on our Loop mobile No of Rs.222/- on 2nd or 3rd August 2014. On checking our balance we found out that there is only a balance of Rs.0.84 left in my account on 31st August 2014 whereas this number is just a spare number we have and is hardly used. We called your Customer Service today 31st August 2014 and spoke to your representative who was quite rude and after keeping us hold for more than 7minutes he told us that some “Geeta Package” had been activated on this number. He refused to give us any further information and disconnected the phone when we asked him to transfer line to his senior.
This is with reference to our several mail and further our several telephonic discussion with Mr. Uday Menon & Shashank Erulkar from Real Estate Deptt, we are yet to get any feed back from your end regarding our long-awaiting balance payment pending from January, 2014 onwards.
Request you to please look in to the matter seriously and release our payment from January,2014 till Dec-2015 or will be forced to scrap your tower to recover our money. If this message is not addressed immediately it is whole & sole your responsibility for the same. Because our society is not in position to bear your location free of cost which is no condition acceptable to the society.

– Is Loop mobile out to make money by activating packages on its own, everytime a customer does a recharge???
– Why can’t your CSR give us details on the phone as to how and when this package was activated and by whom?
– Why do we need to go to a LOOP gallery for such small things?
As it is downright cheating from LOOP, please ensure that the amount which has been wrongly debited by you is credited back to my account within one week from this mail, failing which this issue will be escalated to higher levels including the media.

I called the people in the Call Center from my brother’s no. A guy received my call and gave me some information but then the call got disconnected. I called the 2nd time and a lady received the call and told me the same thing. I asked her to transfer this call to T/L she did that but from T/L side I didn’t get reply.T hey didn’t attend my call, on T/L desk. My phone rang for a minute or two but there was no response. Kindly look into the issue and get in touch with me.

I am privilege customer of loop (BPL). I am using three numbers from last 6years as prepaid customer.
Before two months ago I have made prepaid to postpaid connection but I was not satisfied with your Bill thats why I have disconnected it. Now I want my this three connection from postpaid to prepaid. I have visited your customer care gallery two times but did not get any response from your customer care executive. So please tell me what is the procedure for the same so I can activate my connection earlier because its very important for me. I have already paid all bills as per your bill details. Your prepaid is better than postpaid, so please allow me to change it from postpaid to prepaid.
This Complain is regarding the (9870983507) under Plan (Super Value Plan 99).

Warning Msg send from Loop for charging on internet when I entered roming ares just like the way they informed for call charges.
On Top of it when I went to Borivali (west) loop gallery on 24 march 2014 @7:00 PM to launch a complain they ask me for the ID proof I said madam I do not have it as its no were mention on site or At executive center that its required I said I can produce them the soft copy, since I had already wasted more than an hour in que .
Your Executive Rekha Shinde replied “ Madam , you should have common sense or brains to get the ID”
And they denied talking my complain or even to here at me.
That was very rude behavior I was not asking for the call details that they cannot give without ID proof even our time is valuable and more after being cheated. I would definetly like you took take a look and compensate for such a big insult.
Also for the Bill of RS 956 I am not going to pay such a big amt in front of 99.
Please look and take action asap.

I have recharged 98 plan of loop on my no 9870676657 on 1 June 2013 of internet but not activated till now so i tried calling to customer care no 9821099800 at all their nos EVERY time, but it gets cut while talking to executive each and every call.
Having serious network problem in santacruz east golibar 5th road ,(lend mark near V.N DESAI HOSP.)area,had already given 15 complaints but of no use,kindly do the needful, because there are many loop customer in that area.

I was satisfied with the services which Loop Mobile has provided until last month. I would like to inform you that I have been in Goa since last 2 months. I would also like to bring your kind notice that before coming to Goa, I had visited Loop Mobile Gallery (Mulund west) LBS Marg, near Nirmal Lifestyle for getting complete information about the Roaming charges which I may incur in Goa. And I was been given the following information about roaming charges in Goa
1) My incoming calls will be free.
2) Outgoing calls will be charged only 50 paise per call on any mobile, landlines all over Maharashtra & Goa (On Vodafone and Idea network only).
3) Message charges and Internet charges were not been told to me.
4) Even after insisting I was not been given any printed or written confirmation about the charges.
I would have provided you the name of the Loop Mobile Executive but I dont remember it now. Still, I believed on your employees and moved on to Goa. For the first month I did not use my Net services. But from the month of January 2013, I started using Net services till I received my Bill for the month of Jan.
To my surprise, the total payable bill amount for the month of January was 2548/-. On request for itemised bill I received the same after two days and I found that out of 2548/- payable bill amount the major part was of Net charges (Loop GPRS) i.e. Rs 1705.30. I was not able to understand what has happend with service charges. On further enquiry with the help of my friend at Mumbai, I came to know that whatever charges I was been told at the Mulund Gallery were totally false and as a result I have incurred such a huge internet charges which led to this huge amount of Rs 2548/-.
As a customer since last four years I would like to ask you that, ‘Is this the kind of Service you are providing nowadays?’
You can check my previous bill amounts and payment records. I have never been delayed the bill payments till date. But this bill amount is so huge that its not possible for me to pay. Rather its the Result of Negligence of your employees for which I have to pay.
This is regarding a major network issue in my area, i live in chembur. Earlier i had no complaints because the services provided by you were excellent. But now i am facing problem with network. I don’t want to change my no. I don’t want to change the network connection as well. Please do the needful as soon as possible and take serious action about it.
We are Loop Mobile Customer.But not at all happy with the services
For Mobile No (9773622373) there is no Network from LAST 5 days. Despite calling the customer service center, the issue has not been resolved till now. Whenever I call the office, they keep me on hold for a long time.
After having long conversation with them they say that they cannot do anything from their end till next 5days. Very pathetic response and poor network. Dont suggest LOOP!
I do not want any caller tune service. I had lodged a complaint twice with your service center at Mahim, opp Shitalaa devi temple. They promised me that it will be closed in 45 days. Now it is more than 180 days.
My mobile No. 9821972868. Please cancel the caller tune service. I am happy with available tunes. I do not want this service in future. Please reply when you are going to do it.

On dialing *800# the usage is not revealed, so as to understand the used talk-time or SMS consumed !
I would like to know how you expect your customers to understand and budget their usage ?

IT IS JUST PAST MORE THAN A WEEK AND I HAVE SWITCHED FROM AIRTEL TO LOOP MOBILE POST PAID AND WHEN I CROSS BEYOND MUMBAI LIMITS THERE IS NO NETWORK AT ALL AND WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT YOUR LOOP CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE MR.AJAY ON 9821517839 AND ANOTHER NUMBER 9821503311, THEY DO NOT COOPERATE INSTEAD THEY EITHER DONT ANSWER OUR CALL OR THEY ARE GIVING SHREWD ANSWERS. SINCE I WAS TOTALLY HELPLESS FOR UNABLE TO MAKE CALL / OR RECEIVE CALLS BECAUSE OF NO NETWORK, I THOUGHT OF CALLING THEM AND GETTING HELP. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMER CARE JOB ?? ONLY TO GET CUSTOMER AND NOT SUFFICING / HELPING TO THEIR NEEDS ??? THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LOOP MOBILE SERVICE. IT IS VERY DISGUSTING. Yesterday my friend purchased a new sim where it mentioned free sim, recharge etopup Rs 50 for 6GB for 3 month free. For talktime recharged Rs 10 separately, but now the balance shows minus 2. What the hell is that ? To know the details dialed 8-10 times to toll free no and when it get connected to executive they simply disconnect the call.
What is this, you sent me sms that from 09-09-2012 my loop mobile sim card (MNP from Tata docomo to Loop Mobile of xx) has been activated. Still no network, when friends dial it says phone is switched off. What is this? Please at once/immediately start network services to my mobile number xx. All my mobile communications incoming/outgoing has to come to standstill. Please act immediately.

I have switched over from TATA DOCOMO to LOOP MOBILE. Yesterday LOOP MOBILE sent me messge that my my mobile number 9029498874 has been activated by Loop Mobile on 08-09-2012, at 23.00 hours. Accordingly, I replaced TATA DOCOMO with LOOP MOBILE sim card today monring. Now it is 11.00 am but still LOOP MOBILE sim card is not started. I am facing lot of hardships no incoming calls/sms or outgoing calls or sms. Please start my SIM imediately.
I had made a payment of Rs. 15,00/- last evening, i.e. Friday 17 Aug. Normally u guys start the service within a span of 2 hrs. It is almost 11am, and i am still unable to make calls. Most of the time your system is down, your representatives make false claims… i am really put off with Loop mobile… may consider another network………very very disappointed
Loop mobile is now playing mischief with false and excess billing on a sly, when you contact their representatives they avoid to reply or even offer any assistance to support customers.

This is regarding Rs 87 offer giving 2000 loop minutes free… First it used to be 1000 mins free and a balance of 76 Rs…. U should have mentioned that it is a etopup recharge with no talk time given to the customer…. How nicely u fool the customers and tyhe help lines are useless at night…. NExt Time send a proper msg regarding offers . Dont keep a loop hole in it!!!!!!!!!
