About Khalifa Industrial Zone
Khalifa Industrial Zone, simply known as Kizad, is an industrial zone and logistics park in Abu Dhabi. Opened in the year 2010, Kizad is owned and managed by Abu Dhabi Ports. Located strategically between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Kizad is linked to Khalifa Port, the semi-automated port served by 20 major shipping lines.
The integrated trade and industrial hub of Abu Dhabi has free zone and non-free zone solutions for land leasing and pre-built warehouses.
