I am disappointed with your customer service department. I have been shopping with you for so many years and bought many items as gifts.
I purchased 3 cross bodies in June for myself and gifts. The one I gave as a gift had a faulty zip . Called customer service and they said they had no record of me every purchasing from you. I gave my email, address, phone number and even then they said I was not in the system. Finally I tried to go into my account and told them it was showing up. He agreed I had an account. But then he gave me a website address to go gave it fixed at my expense. On further research on your site it said there was one year warranty on the bags .
When my sister took it today to the store again they denied I had an account and when she gave them the order number the sales lady said the bag was not on the order.
I am shocked at this type of behavior and service you give to your customers!!
My daughter, Boston, and I recently visited the Kate Spade store location in Sunbury Ohio. We were not looking for anything special, merely browsing. Marissa spotted us admiring a pinata necklace and engaged in conversation mentioning the pinata opened to reveal a dangling piece of candy. Adorable!!
As we continued through the store, Marissa would occasionally spot a complementing purse to match a season or event we were describing. She also searched through the newly released items to find a sought-after pair of earrings to match the pinata we decided to purchase.
Marissa Artar made our shopping experience exciting and special with her engaging personality and customer consideration.

I just visited your store last week in Honolulu & was Appalled to find out that I had to stand outside while only a few customers were allowed in at a time. This has never happened to me before in your other stores. I was at the Premium outlet. Such a Disappointment!!!!!
