Really Jumia is the worst shopping experience ever, same as above incidents, I got message and emails saying that they can’t reach me !!!!
While they didn’t even try to call and I didn’t receive my stuff yet.
And this hotline No answer at all just to listen to silly recorded messages and you can’t reach customer service at all
I made an order and i received a paper instead, written on it ” we are sorry, this item is sold out”. I tried millions times to reach their customer service but no answer was given except someone will call you tomorrow and no ones called ever.
I tried to request a return by myself and i succeeded and the collector came to me and took the paper and at night on the same day, he gave me a very short missed call and sent me a message that he is trying to contact me and he can’t so my return request will be rescheduled .
I made an order (363531699) last Wednesday and it was shipped on Tuesday. On Saturday, my order was cancelled by the delivery agent for no reason without even contacting me telling me why the order was cancelled! I contacted an agent via live chat this morning and he said that my phone/address was wrong which made no sense as this was not the first time I use Jumia and I have made a purchase before with the same exact contact details! Iโve been trying to contact customer support all morning and no one is answering! A Jumia-affiliated phone number gave me a missed call (which lasted for less than a second!!!!) so I didnโt even get the chance to answer back!! This is SO unprofessional of Jumia and I am very disappointed. My order was a very rare item that I canโt find anywhere else in all of Egypt and I canโt find a way to directly contact the seller to let me order it again when it returns to them bec of the unprofessionalism of Jumiaโs delivery agents and customer support.
I had very bad experience with Jumia Egypt, customer service is giving wrong answer about my voucher code then I receive a call to be pushed to get assistance in my order & pay in cash although I explained several times I want to pay by visa then finally I confirmed the order in last day of discounts but they cancelled it because of โan issue in the addressโ !!
Without a call or even an email to correct the address & they simply cancelled the whole thing then I tried to reach out to escalate but guess what? No channel to submit your complaints either
Customer service team needs to get a proper training & monitored closely as they are giving bad image
I am frustrated and disappointed by the service provided by Jumia. I ordered an air conditioner and it was delivered two days late which is not a problem. This is equipment which needs to be installed by the company the seller who claims that you give a guarantee period of 5 years and if I touch it then they will say the guarantee is over because I install it my self. the item is left in limbo and useless as you have taken the money and did not install the machine. It was my fault and I should not pay you until you fix and install the item. you claim that you have a problem collecting money because you have such horrible customer service. I am complaining here because I could not reach anyone who can help me in Egypt.
Hello Jumia Company I want to complain about those responsible for Jumia in Egypt because they present a bad image of the company in Egypt and offer fake products as original and they deal with customers in a very bad way and there are a lot of customers will not buy from Jumia again and who preferred Entering the companyโs website on Facebook and reviewing people’s opinions, they sell the products and upon request to get the money back within 14 days as stipulated they refuse and offer the products without reviewing the requests and without reviewing the products in the most reckless way. I ask the parent company to change the officials It has a farce immediately because most people took a bad background about the company and you are aware of the size of the Egyptian market and the presence of more than one competitor for you there and many of us will resort to them because they respect dealing with customers and offer a lot to them as I would like to clarify the tragedy with Jumia service. By buying more than one product and when I tried to recover the amount because the product was bad material and this is not the original company but it is fake, the product that arrived at me the box was cut off and the material is very poor so I made a return request and was rejected and when I spoke to customer service he said Or they are specialized in selling only, and when I entered on the Facebook page, it was the shock of all people that you complained about and spoke to them on the messenger. She said you must accept the orders, but we will not make you money. The policy used for personal clothing, and this is not in conformity with the website’s policy. Thank you.
