  1. I ordered a dress on 9/11 and paid the 19.00 to expedite the dress. The event is 9/25 and they are not going to ship the dress until 9/26. They asked the date of the event, but still took my order and money. I am so upset over this company doing this. The order number is 3555671168 and the price is 138.99. I cannot find anyway to contact them, except email and no reply.

    I would NOT order anything from this company.

  2. I returned 2 dresses and jjshouse only me refunded for 1 dress and then they stop replying to my emails.This is terrible i will never buy from this site again

    I ordered a dress for my sons wedding custom made with my exact measurements the bodice part is very snug and the zipper doesn’t go up smoothly, I am afraid to tug on the zipper, afraid it will brake, I am very disappointed now I have to buy a new dress, 200.00 down the drain. Wedding is July 9th, Thank God I have time to look for another

  4. There is absolutely no way to return an item or get a refund!! They send you emails on how to return but there is no way to click or select a return to submit return ticket! I have been trying to contact them or submit a return ticket with no response. You can not contact jjshouse. I am truly disappointed with this company. If the dress fit I would have been happy. The amount is of $145.00..am very upset because I trusted this site. I can’t afford to give away that kind of money.

  5. I have sent a request for a return ticket on a dress I purchased with JJSHouse. I have requested more than once and after having the dress and a request in place for almost 2 weeks and still have not received anything. It should not be this hard to return an item. Any other online company sends a return slip along with the purchase.

    I received shoes without any fastenings and a bouquet that was nothing like the photo I was extremely disgusted when I opened the boxes

    I have a question about a dress I purchased in April, and since it’s tight at the bodice (trunk/waist area) I would like to purchase a piece of the fabric to have it altered (let out) So please send me a correct website so I can send a message!!!     • Do not buy from this website! Bought 2 dresses. Trying to return one of them. Emailed them for a return label. They will no ot respond. I’m pissed

    An order (7658073953) was placed on April 13, 2019 for Mother of the Bride dress in size 8 which was shipped on April 25, 2019. However, the recipient was on a cruise and was not able to try the dress until after the seven days for the return. The size 8 was tight in the bodice area and because of time constraints, an order (7877996005) was placed on May 7, 2019 for a size 10 which was shipped on May 12, 2019 and was shipped directly to the wedding location. However, the dress did not fit and was the same size of the size 8. This resulted in the Mother of the Bride, who walked her daughter to the front of the church was in a borrowed dress and two beautiful ordered dresses remained in the closet.

    Because the delivery of the dress was not as ordered, I request a refund.
