They sent two dresses and I have pleaded with them for a return ticket with no success. I have never felt with such a horrible company the dress doesn’t look at all like the picture.
I ordered once and had to return. I received great and speedy service. I ordered again and am having a horrible, horrible time getting a refund label. Contacting them on a chat, they said they’d send me to an email expert while they forward my email that I sent, BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY for the connection…a $1 refundable fee BUT then it’s $46 a month “cancel anytime”. Sounds way to fishy to me. I’m afraid I am going to be out my original $198. Terrible customer service!
I cannot find a way to return a dress that came in a little box it looks so horrible, I would never wear it.

Ordered several items from this site it’s been almost two months since the tracking number said shipped and I have still not received them. Customer service is terrible I have tried to contact them but nothing works and when I go to live chat they still want to charge you more to help you. I am very pissed. order number 5293930005 tracking number 1023038793151867 this was to be for my wedding but now I will more than likely be with out a veil, headpiece and jewelry unless I can find something within a week or so.
I ordered a dress on 9/11 and paid the 19.00 to expedite the dress. The event is 9/25 and they are not going to ship the dress until 9/26. They asked the date of the event, but still took my order and money. I am so upset over this company doing this. The order number is 3555671168 and the price is 138.99. I cannot find anyway to contact them, except email and no reply.

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding custom made with my exact measurements the bodice part is very snug and the zipper doesn’t go up smoothly, I am afraid to tug on the zipper, afraid it will brake, I am very disappointed now I have to buy a new dress, 200.00 down the drain. Wedding is July 9th, Thank God I have time to look for another
There is absolutely no way to return an item or get a refund!! They send you emails on how to return but there is no way to click or select a return to submit return ticket! I have been trying to contact them or submit a return ticket with no response. You can not contact jjshouse. I am truly disappointed with this company. If the dress fit I would have been happy. The amount is of $145.00..am very upset because I trusted this site. I can’t afford to give away that kind of money.
I wish I had read these comments about returning items before I purchased but that’s the design of the website. This company is truly crooked. They do not refund as stated. I will dispute this through Mastercard and let them get a hold of them.
I have sent a request for a return ticket on a dress I purchased with JJSHouse. I have requested more than once and after having the dress and a request in place for almost 2 weeks and still have not received anything. It should not be this hard to return an item. Any other online company sends a return slip along with the purchase.
I received shoes without any fastenings and a bouquet that was nothing like the photo I was extremely disgusted when I opened the boxes

As described by other customers I tried numerous times to arrange a return and refund on part of an order and they have totally ignored my requests. You just cannot get a response from them. I will never order from them again.
Is this company even legit? Can’t get a hold of anyone…trying to purchase a dress for my daughters wedding and when i go to pay it shows a different color dress. Not gonna order from this company if they can’t reply to anyone.
An order (7658073953) was placed on April 13, 2019 for Mother of the Bride dress in size 8 which was shipped on April 25, 2019. However, the recipient was on a cruise and was not able to try the dress until after the seven days for the return. The size 8 was tight in the bodice area and because of time constraints, an order (7877996005) was placed on May 7, 2019 for a size 10 which was shipped on May 12, 2019 and was shipped directly to the wedding location. However, the dress did not fit and was the same size of the size 8. This resulted in the Mother of the Bride, who walked her daughter to the front of the church was in a borrowed dress and two beautiful ordered dresses remained in the closet.
Because the delivery of the dress was not as ordered, I request a refund.
Please send a return request. I purchased a dress for an upcoming wedding, and it does not fit in the bodice area. I would like to return the dress for a refund please.
