Horrible experience. They sent me a wrong pair of shoes and now I’m responsible for returning the shoes and all the fees which is about $200. That’s ridiculous!! No way to get ahold of them. Their email is a joke! Send you generic emails over and over with absolutely no resolution! Your only option is to return and pay for customs and shipping even though it’s their fault and they sent you a wrong item.
This website is a joke – you can ONLY reach them via email even if you have received USED items with very obvious quality issues. They will send you a LONG LONG email touting their horns explaining how great they are but simply put, you are responsible for all return shipping costs ($40!) regardless of the quality issue of the item they sent over to you. Oh, they will ask you to send you all the photos proving the quality issue – but they will send you the same generic email with no practical solution. HORRIBLE customer experience.
I have purchased a medium Chloe Faye Bag from this website, but ended up getting a small one instead. They disguised the small one as a medium and told me that they have no responsibility over this. (They can’t never called small one by calling it medium disregarding to the manufacturer and be okay)I consider this as a scam and am in the process of reporting them over to Chloe as well as consumer report. Try to AVOID THIS WEBSITE but if you insist to make a purchase make sure multiple times before making any sort of payment to make sure what you are getting is what you wanted.
Please, I have been trying to purchase the red Large Icon versace bag from your website for a week now. At the first attempt my card was blocked by my bank thinking it was fraud, I called my bank and it was cleared, now i have been trying to buy the same item and it will not let me, my bank is not the problem but i think the problem is from your website.
