Went to Hungry Jacks Lake Haven today 09 November 2022. I usually go to Macca’s but my friend and I thought we would go to Hungry Jacks at Lake Haven BIG MISTAKE. I ordered a junior whopper fries and a dog latte . My junior whopper was pitiful. A burnt tiny meat Patty a tiny slice of tomato and a sprinkle of lettuce none of which covered the bun ( that was the biggest part of the hamburger. Would never eat at Hungry Jacks again what a waste of money for a revolution hamburger. So much for the burgers are better, they are disgusting. I have pictures of my pitiful burger
I had just bought two burgers from hungry jack Duncraig in WA, the girl who served me was extremely rude. She pretty much shouted at my face and told me she couldn’t hear me. I just assumed that was her usual delightful self. However, when the next customer came along, she had a 180 degrees change in her attitude. She was polite and cheerful towards the WHITE AUSTRALIAN customer. Then I realised she was just being racist as I am an Asain. When I got him with my purchase, I found that she squeezed the two big burgers in one tiny bag, so the burgers were all squeezed and soggy. On top of that, she also ordered the wrong burger. How hard is it to put in an order of two burgers?
Just bought from Rockhampton Takeway for breakfast ordered 2 pancakes 1 sausage and egg muffin deal 1 ham and cheese toastie 2 coffees. Got to the park to find the pancakes had no syrup no cutlery no napkins. The sausage and egg muffin had turned into a bacon and egg muffin and the toastie was so soggy you could ring it out. Seriously how hard is it? We were the only customers there when we ordered. Disgusted even the kids wouldn’t eat it. Won’t be back
So South Rockhampton have again for probably the 10th time got my order wrong. The worst hungry jacks in the country. Avoid this restaurant at all costs if you want what your ordered.
I went through Hungry Jacks Marsden drive thru 1 week ago and ordered 2 bacon double cheese burgers to be told that there was no meat patties. Tonight I went through the drive thru again at 7.10pm and ordered the daily special 1 x Aussie burger and a cheese burgers to be told that they had no eggs. I tried paying for it through the app and Carla the service girl didn’t know how to use the app. She was rude and told me she didn’t know and gave my phone back to me. I said that she worked there and should know how to use the app. She ignored me and served the next car. I cannot believe the lack of service and rudeness. Also a fast food place should have eggs and patties available all the time. Can you please explain to me why this would happen. I only do Gary food about 2 to 3 times a year and now I know why. Not happy Jan ?
