I have been trying to resolve an issue with your customer service team for over a week and I am just being ignored. I feel that I have no choice but to email head office or take to social media. I am disgusted and the lack of customer care – train your staff in basic courtesy.
Stop using Evri/Hermes to deliver your goods. Iโve waited hours and days for them to not turn up when they say they will and you donโt do click and collect in my area. Sooo annoying!
Just wanted to give a big Thank You to Tegan in the Cabot Circus Bristol store. She was so friendly and helpful when I was trying to find a particular pair of trousers in my size. She checked them on the website and then called another Bristol branch to see if they had the size I wanted. She arranged for the trousers to be kept back for me to collect. I really appreciated the effort she went to and I hope she gets this feedback. Thanks!

I placed an order around November. The day after I ordered an Item, the price on it dropped from $55 to $35.
So I tried to quickly contact customer service to see if they could adjust the price to match or help cancel the order so I could get the lower price. However, for help for something so simple it turned into an ordeal. it’s been Impossible to get help. I tried calling, no answer. I would get hung up on immediately. I tried chatting, and I would get a message that all agents are busy and it wouldn’t even let me queue in line to wait. I finally gave up and complained on Twitter and a H&M person on there said they could help. They private messaged me and asked for my order info, but then stopped responding to me. I tried following up over the last few weeks, no answer. Today, my 7th-8th attempt at getting this resolved, I finally manage to get a chat rep, only to have a rude, awful experience with no resolution. They basically told me they couldn’t do anything since the order processed… But like… I was trying to get help right when I placed the order, weeks ago. So really? Zero solutions were provided. And it doesn’t make sense to order a second jacket, only to return the first – when a partial refund should be given at this point.
This feels like I’m being blamed for something out of my hands andmore of a H&m problem. It’s unacceptable that it took me weeks and almost 8+ attempts to even get access to talk to a rep. And after all that, they weren’t even helpful. They abruptly closed the chat on me in the middle of me trying to talk to them. Extremely frustrating and an awful experience.
H&M is such a big company but they somehow cannot go back into your order and change something on it. I have had to change billing address or add a discount on my purchases from other companies and they were able to help me. I called 3 times and was given the same answer. 1 staff actually just hung up on me after a 2 question/2 line conversation. I did not feel that the customer service representatives really felt genuwine when they apologized instead it felt like I was just “an order” they couldn’t help and tossed aside. Like reading from a script. I had no idea H&M sucked this bad! This is the first time I have ever contacted H&M about my order and this will definitely be the last!!!
I was shopping at the H&M store in the Pen Centre this evening. The sales associate, Victoria, was so pleasant and helpful to my granddaughter Lucy. She made suggestions as to how the different jean styles would fit and the appropriate care when washing. She gave this attention to all the customers while getting different sizes when needed and making alternate suggestions when a particular style was out of stock. She is a great asset to the store.

I donโtโ usually write comments about customer service but I had such an excellent customer service in one of your shop located in Kristine keskus, Tallinn, Estonia, that I just canโt help to write feedback about it. I visited your shop today, to exchange sweater. Unfortunately, I lost receipts, so I asked help from one of the girl there (Priit). She contacted her manager and they managed to find the record somehow. However, during the whole process, not even once, anybody showed any gesture of being annoyed or anything, in fact, she and her other colleague ( I donโt know her name) happily helped me with a big smile on their faces. Also, everyone I met at HnM in Kristine keskus spoke so perfect English. I work in an airline and because of the nature of my job, I travel to different countries and H n M being cheap as well as stylish brand is one of my favorite, so I regularly purchase clothes from your stores around the world. I must tell you that I never ever had such an amazing customer service or I have never seen such an amazing staff ever as I saw in Kristine keskus, Tallinn! I would like to request senior manager or the big boss managing Estoniaโs H n M to please send a note of appreciation and thanks to the staff working in kristine keskus, Tallinn (Priit and her colleagues). They are doing an excellent job and employees like them should be recognized for their outstanding customer service.
