I have booked LX 391 Manchester – Zurich on 25 January 2018 and have paid £100 to catch a bus connection to St Anton at 13.00
Since booking the flight I have noticed that every single day this flight is late. I have 90 minutes to catch my bus which would be fine except for the appalling punctuality rate of the flight. I am now expecting to loose my bus fare and face a 12 hour journey instead of 6. Can you advise how you plan to improve this service by next Thursday please. I note today it is 90 minutes late
