I would just like to say how much I enjoyed shopping at your store yesterday slept in bits and pieces in different departments but I would like to give a shout out about the service I received from a young lady called Khatra.
She first apologised for keeping me waiting but there was a long queue so it was expected but she was very polite friendly and helpful and advised me that the purchases that I was making that there was an offer on if I need to get anymore to which I did it’s so refreshing to go into a department store and have a wonderful experience and get fantastic service from a very friendly polite charming person. Please could you pass on my message to the senior managers at Harrods just to say what an excellent person this is to represent the harrods store.
I have rung your number 6 times today 13.7.20 the wait time has been each time over 30 minutes – I just wanted to place an order with Marion ext 2772 Kanebo – i feel this wait time is outrageous with such a Company as Harrods – you should have a line that lets you ask for the extension.
