Users can type the destination, get a rate and start tracking car real time through GPS-enabled technology. One can even contact the driver and make payments instantly through the app.
Hailo users can choose from a classic car or a luxury car. As for payments, users can choose to pay with pre-registered credit or debit card or by cash. There will be a cancellation fee if a taxi has been canceled 2 minutes after confirmation. However, there won’t be a cancellation fee if user and driver mutually agree to cancel
