Called Customer Service to get info if Maryland is one the states that they collect sales tax on an order. Was on hold for over 20 mins-no one answered. Tried again and again the recorded message asked you to continue to hold//hung u- after another 15 min wait. deceided not to order!!!
Hello, I have been a customer for a while now and have come up with a problem. Last September I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband. They seemed nice but I did not give them to him for a while since they were to be worn for a wedding. He used them in November and by the end of the evening the stitching on one shoe started to unravel. I called customer service and explained the dilemma and was sent a return label which took a while to get to me. I sent to shoes back and was then told it was too late for anything to be done and was sent back the shoes. I did not send them back just for the heck of it, they clearly were defective since a pair of shoes should last a while not just one wearing. I need to know why order #9981080 from last May 11, 2018 has not been resolved. The item was a patchwork tee shirt in green that was backordered. Why can I not access any catalogs online? I have ordered from Haband in the past. This seems to be a little odd to me. Haband also hammers my email already. All roads lead to “access denied”.

Why can’t we buy any petite ladies clothes any more there at Haband? Over the years I have ordered from your company but sure can’t any more since you dropped your petite line.
Purchased an order(#6188158) 8/13/18 and received all but one item which is on back order. Have called and the automated system doesn’t know when the item will arrive. How can I find out when it will arrive.
