Glossybox is a monthly subscription program offering handpicked beauty products each month. Founded in 2011, Glossybox has presence in 10 markets and operates from its headquarters at Berlin, Germany. Subscribers are sent an an array of beauty products from various brands across the world. If your box missed an item or had a damaged product, you must report within 30 days from receiving the merchandise for replacement. Glossybox ships to 48 states across the US. Shipping costs are already included in the subscription. You will receive a tracking number once a package has been dispatched. The monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time by signing into account. I just had to write a few lines of complaint after the appalling service over this xmas period (2022). I spent 30.00 on stamps and parcels. I posted them three weeks before xmas, well before the last delivery time of 12 dec. Not many of them reached their destination on time and i didnt receive many of mine also. I shall look into alternative delivery in future.
Been trying to cancel subscription. I’ve emailed them. I’ve tried calling. And they keep charging my card. The worst customer service ever
I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for glossy box to no avail. Extremely hard to get in touch with any one. Online chat doesn’t work, email doesn’t work. Proving very difficult to cancel my subscription.
Terrible customer service. Live chat was ended by staff when they could see I was typing and refused to put me through to a manager and was very frustrating that she kept repeating herself and not actually listening to what my problem was. Such a shame
I am absolutely appalled at the so called customer service. I have paid £129 for 4 boxes which non have been received. On my email order my address shows up as correct, however the email they have for me states they UKraine and not the UK!! They have diminished all responsibility and said it my fault, no offer of replacing the items that have gone to the Ukraine or refunding them. I have sent photos of the emails where nothing shows Ukraine on the address. How am I supposed to rectify it if I don’t know it’s wrong! Even doing it through PayPal where I’ve never had a problem with shipping my address until dealing with glossybox. Absolutely disgusted!
My first year of commitment with them went off without a problem until the final month when I never received a box. When I contacted them about it “Elizabeth” said well since it’s your final month sorry we sold out have a good day. No offer of a replacement, more offer of a refund NOTHING! Because it was the last month of my commitment I was shit out of luck. Well that didn’t sit well with me. After a ton of complaining they needed up sending me a past box that I had received before (twice before). Because of all the delays and their antics I was aromatically re-enrolled in their box. Since May… June’s box I received in July, July’s box I received on July 30th. It is now August it is the 19th I have not received a single email from them at all in regards as to where my box is at least in May, June and July I received emails that my box was going to be late. This month nothing. While all of my friends have already received their boxes. Is their a red flag on my account or something WTH is going on with my account. They have zero problem taking money out of my account on the first of every month but they don’t like sending me a box
I have had the funds taken from my account almost a month now and still no box . I was getting them on time every month but my statement showed it was paid a month ago and I have yet to receive any notices or anything as to why I have not received my box yet.
