Filter products on the website by category (animation, books, games, heroes, movies, music, sports), brand (action figures, blox, dorbz, fabrikations, funkoverse, hikari, nodniks, plush, pop!, pop! tees, rock candy, vinyl, wobblers etc), and license (Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, DC Comics, Star Wars, Avengers, etc). Not just action figures, vinyl figures and bobble-heads, you can also shop for apparel with your favourite character on it. Shoppers can read a short description and price on product page. You can add the item to wishlist or checkout using Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards.
Currently, Funko Shop only ships to locations within the United States. Products are shipped through United Postal Service (UPS). The shipping confirmation email has all the tracking details. All products ship from the warehouse within 3-5 business days. Note that all orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Unlike other estores, Funko Shop does not have a return or exchange policy. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you can request for replacement. The same must be requested within 15 days of receiving your package. If the item came damaged, do remember to take pictures and communicate with support for processing parcel damage claim. Here is the response from Funko for a damaged box that I recieved, posted 5 days ago. They must have a really large volume of complaints!

Not only does Funko send damaged product to customers, they also refuse to swap for a new condition product. To top it off? Today i waste 30 mins in queue to buy a Festival of Fun Killer Crowns EXC box? I get all the way to checkout and it says sold out? Are you kidding me Funko?
Funko as a company has just stopped caring about customers and only cares about lining the inside of their pockets! I got the email to purchase and as I’m checking out everything sold out! On TOP OF THIS FUNKO STILL CHARGED ME! I didn’t buy anything!!! Funko what are you doing???
