Took a very long time to get my order. When it finally came it was not at all what I expected. Got 2 of the same top. The whole order was of poor quality, colors were blah, ear rings were poor quality & very heavy. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Waste of money. Got the run around about returning.
I won’t order from this company again. The quality is bad and it took almost a month for me to get my order. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Guess I’m just going to eat the $30 refund because by the look of all the comments about refunds I’m not getting it back.

All of the comments I’ve read is very true!! I truly wish I had read all this information before ordering. Their items are not what they appear to be and it is impossible to get a refund on items that are nothing but pure JUNK!!! I’m going to continue to pursue action.
I agree with everyone I wish I would have seen these reviews before Iordered from this site.If I get scamed from this company I will get a lawyer and sue this company.I also have ordered from this company and havent recieved my order they had no problem taking my money the very next day out of my account.Its a joke you cant speak to someone on the phone about your order you have to send emails.Then when they respond back to you there rude and tell you to track a package I will never order from here again.
I have been waiting for about 3 months for my order to arrive. The customer service is poor and the company has not issued me a refund after numerous requests. I ordered 4 shirts. Only one arrived and the quality is subpar.

I will never order from this company again. I did not receive 3 out of the 4 items that were shipped. They are withholding my money and will not respond with a date for me to receive a refund. I wish that there was a better way to report them. I hope that no one has to experience this. :(

This is the first time I ordered from Fairy Season. I’m upset that there is no way to track my package or see what is going on,, I placed an order 3 weeks ago, I received an email saying it was shipped but nothing else…..

Your company is a fraud! Nowhere on your website do you admit that you are a Chinese company, so ordering looks simple. Sizes are grossly misrepresented & when a dissatisfied customer wishes to return items for a refund it costs more than the items themselves…$61 for a refund of $51 item. The return address label on the items I received is in Kentucky, but it does not say that it is a distribution center so one would think that the package actually came from the USA. WRONG!!! I see on the website —much too late—that your company consistently rips off people. I certainly wish that I had delved deeper into Fairyseason’s reputation before I ordered. That is what you are counting on, right?? Your company should be sued to hell & back for false representation. If I had the time & money I would do it myself. You are dishonest crooks & should be prosecuted to the fullest extent. Shame on you!!!
