I need to get our account going. I been trying to get a call going to start the implementation. I have talk to a few different people with no real answers. We started the conversation with my last accountant but I like to get this started today asap. Can someone please contact me to get the ball rolling.
We messaged you guys a request for help. Got a pretty fast reply. We replied back immediately with the issue and that is last contact with our customer service rep. I can see he is online, but when I ask what is going on I get nothing. It has been a full 24 hours now and I am still waiting to be acknowledged. My bookkeeper has also been trying to get a response. A simple “I’m working on your issue, please give me a day or two”, would be great. I am a business owner, and I don’t have time for this. Please just respond so we can fix our issue.
All I want to do is unsubscribe from the $5.41 charge each month for expensify which I didn’t know I had signed on for. You make this so difficult. Criminy

I have not used expensify before but am deciding between orange envelope and expensify. I have a small business that uses quickbooks for sales invoices and that is all right now. can I use expensify retroactively from January 1st of this year?? If so I am opting in!!
I have left my old company and need to change or remove the primary email address. How do I easily do that? It says I am supposed to merge accounts by won’t allow that because of domain control. I don’t want anything new going to my old company address.

I’m an accountant, using Quickbooks Online for several clients. Trying to connect Expensify with QBO Accountant for one of my clients. When I tried to follow instructions for this, it does not pull up my specific client in the drop down menu. Is there a reason for this? Can you help? Or is it only possible on another version of QB?
I hate the automatic attachment of my expenses to a report. Almost every time, the expense is put into the wrong report. Horrible enhancement. In fact, it isn’t an enhancement. How do I turn it off.

Is there some way to separate old receipts from the new ones I am submitting?
I have noticed that I have many receipts under “new report”. Frankly, I don’t know how to title new reports so that they all go into the new report I have created.
