Tried your online service. Pretty pointless to be told to turn off and turn on my router which times you out! Tried phoning you but got fed up waiting for over 13 minutes being told you apologise etc. A complete waste of my time. Anyway I don’t suppose they’ll be any better customer service-wise but I’m off to buy a Canon printer. Before I tell all my Facilebook friends of my experience with Epson you could reply by email but I shan’t hold my breath.
