I bought a phone and it did not work. I was told to mail it back and I would receive a refund as soon as it arrived. I mailed the return on 27th of July. I have not heard anything from Elephone. I’ve been using my elephone p8 max for more than 2 years now.. it is still in good condition… i accidentally broken the lcd touch screen but have no problem at all..
I bought an Elephone S7 after 6 months the battery is swollen and the back cover unglued. Of course the handy doesn´t work anymore.
What is disappointing is that the seller doesn´t even bother to answer my complain and the one sent via eBay customer service.
i have been very disappointed, my brand new phone stopped working while i was traveling, just two weeks after I got it, this caused me a lot of problems. 2 years later I am still trying to get help. It’s very unfair that this is how paying customers are treated.
I bought Elephone U pro from Elephone store in Mar 2018. After 5 months use, it started having purple-black patch on the bottom right corner and gradually increased in size. Later-on the whole display became blurry and almost unusable. After contacting support, I sent my Elephone U pro to China for claiming the warranty or getting it fixed as per their instruction (emails evidence available). However since then, I am not getting any response. I have sent so many follow up emails to them but no response at all.
Had my my S7 x25 4GB blue afew days after, waited months for it. If I pick a launcher does not matter what one and install a livewall paper again it does not matter what one,with 5 minutes it gos back to the default back ground of the S7 and many times the background is corrupt so you can not customise it at all.
If I pick outdoor sound there is no sound at all on the touch screen.If I use General sound setting, the sound only works 50% of the time,to get it work 100% you have to press the screen really hard.I have contact you but no answers,fo a brand new phone this is very dissapointing
