I would like to say a very BIG THANK YOU to the lovely gentleman I have spoken to twice now, about the outage (calls and texts) on my mobile phone. Our area, BS48 1AU has experienced difficulties for over a week. Two masts have been down, and the work is carrying on to repair this.
I have had no texts or calls, except if I take the time to travels outside the area! The gentleman in question has been available early on Saturday mornings.
Hopefully the service will be up and running early next week. He has been informative, understanding and most helpful. I also got a bonus – thank you so much.
